I checked online for it after seeing commercials on TV. The experience was great and Bobby explained everything in detail so my wife and I would understand it! Yes on expectations and solving the garage problem. Bobby was very professional & courteous! If we need help with our garage door again, we want Bobby! Helpful without a question. I have been an teacher for 50 years and Bobby did educate me on the things that really deal with the garage door! He should get a raise and please thank him for both of us!

He was very professional, explained clearly the different garage door openers that were offered and advised me what I needed. I was referred to Precision from my neighbor who had their doors serviced by them. I am a big time DIYer, comfortable with doing most household repairs and maintenance like plumbing and electrical—including installing the openers on my garage. However, I leave repairs like roofing and garage doors to the pros. Prior to this appointment, the garage had not been serviced in the 12+ years I've lived here. To start, I was able to get a same-day appointment for the initial inspection, and they were able to perform all the work the same day. This was basically replacing/rebuilding everything but the doors. The technician, Bobby, was professional, personable, and super knowledgeable. Again, as an experienced DIY, I felt very comfortable with everything he mentioned and trusted his recommendation. He did a great job explaining what needed to be, and the causes for some of the issues I was having. His work was solid and I really appreciate how well he cleaned up the work site when he finished. As well, he advised me on the basic maintenance. I would also recommend him, personally, within this overall review. My doors open and close immeasurably more smoothly, quickly, and quietly. And the work performed fixed an issue with one of the openers resetting the travel limiter and not staying closed. I also feel my garage is a safer space. I hope this review helps.

Working with Chris from Precision to assess issues with my outdated garage door track/torsion spring system - they came out same day to inspect, he was able to provide me with a few options to choose from including an option to keep my original wooden door. His team came out 2 days later and replaced my entire track/torsion system. Everything works like a charm and now I have the peace of mind of a up-to-date system built using up-to-date parts. I highly recommend Precision, especially for us elderly people because they tell you the truth. There is no bait and switch. Mr. Craig was an excellent technician. He said "you don't need this, but you do need that." Or "this will take 15 minutes or 1-1/2" and that's what it took. More important they are nice and respectful. That very important to me. My last LiftMaster was 19 years old and still running great, but I wanted an update and backup battery install because electricity goes out a lot around here. Grade = A+.

My First time using Precision Door , I would Gove Service Tech Keith D 6 Stars if there was 6 , I had some issues happen after I had Sch my appointment to come and inspect and Lube , So I did call give them a heads up , that this is not only inspection but repair .So new Springs on 2 doors New Rollers on 4 Doors and new Cables on 2 doors Very Neat Job , and the Doors are working great Now , So Big Thanks to Keith .

This is an amazing company. I was blown away by the promptness and the professionalism. They sent Bobby out to our garage on a Saturday night - before he comes out, they send an email telling us his hobbies and recent vacations. He shows up with a big smile on his face, gets to work, and is wonderful with our kids. Super professional, knows his stuff, and fixes everything in a few hours since his truck is stocked with every part imaginable. It was expensive, but I feel the service we received was well worth it.
