My family really needed to fix our garage doors these guys were fast, friendly, courteous, and responsive. Rick is an amazing installer who did completed the job with amazing customer service skills. The company wants to make you happy. I wish more businesses would follow this motto.

Rick delivered. He checked the broken cable on my garage door and explained what would need to be replaced. He also provided several options, with cost included. Once I chose my option, Rick went to work and replaced the broken parts. Rick was very polite, and he practiced great social distancing (amazing that I even have to include that), but it's important these days. My garage is back in working order - great service and I'd highly recommend.

This was my very first time using your company i found on a Google Search. I must say everything I read about the Technician that came out to fix and install my new Garage Door System lived up to everything that was said about him in his Bio. He was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and respectful. My Garage Door System was 25 years old outdated and in need of an upgrade. He also reminded me of my military discount that was applied to the final cost. I am very pleased with the work that was performed the product and the cost was reasonable. Barry, our technician, was excellent: he pointed out the parts of our garage that failed and why, asked pertinent questions about the history of the door, shared a detailed assessment, and made three separate recommendations. He also shared alternatives and emphasized why they were not recommended (e.g., risk of future failure). The repair was quick, and he added information about what to request when we are ready to replace the garage door system.

In the world we live in today--there are many reasons to be skeptical of repair service people. This company I would give all 5 stars. Explain the situation to me and handle in a timely fashion---It was snowing outside and I was surprised to see them but they came. A+ service and courteous service people.

Technician came within time window of appointment. He diagnosed the problem as worn rollers. He replaced the rollers quickly and made other adjustments. I would give him 5 stars. The only reason that I am giving an overall 4 stars rating is a problem with scheduling my appointment. I made an appointment on Saturday for service on Thurs between 8-10 AM. I got a call on Tuesday saying that there had been an error and they couldn't come Thurs AM. I had to reschedule for Fri AM.

This was our first time using Precision and we couldn't be more happy. From the original phone call until the time Derrick left they were professional and very pleasent. We called on Friday and they came on Saturday. They sent an e-mail confirmation and Derrick called when he was on the way, which was on time.
