Barry, our technician, was excellent: he pointed out the parts of our garage that failed and why, asked pertinent questions about the history of the door, shared a detailed assessment, and made three separate recommendations. He also shared alternatives and emphasized why they were not recommended (e.g., risk of future failure). The repair was quick, and he added information about what to request when we are ready to replace the garage door system.

Explain the situation to me and handle in a timely fashion---It was snowing outside and I was surprised to see them but they came. A+ service and courteous service people.

Technician came within time window of appointment. He diagnosed the problem as worn rollers. He replaced the rollers quickly and made other adjustments. I would give him 5 stars. The only reason that I am giving an overall 4 stars rating is a problem with scheduling my appointment. I made an appointment on Saturday for service on Thurs between 8-10 AM. I got a call on Tuesday saying that there had been an error and they couldn't come Thurs AM. I had to reschedule for Fri AM.

This was our first time using Precision and we couldn't be more happy. From the original phone call until the time Derrick left they were professional and very pleasent. We called on Friday and they came on Saturday. They sent an e-mail confirmation and Derrick called when he was on the way, which was on time.
