Our entire experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. From the initial phone call through the completion of the service, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was top-notch with text message confirmations and updates, and although we were given a two-hour arrival window, the technician also called ahead with a heads-up and clear ETA. Brent, the technician who serviced our home, was outstanding. He was punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The reason for our service call was that the garage door was closing hard and was bending in the middle. Within the first couple of minutes—right after greeting each other—Brent had already diagnosed the issues. He explained how and why the bend and the slight tear at the top of the door had happened, and pointed out other things that needed to be addressed with the door When I shared our bigger concern about the loud noise from the garage door opener—especially with our kids’ bedroom directly above the garage—Brent was completely upfront. He explained that the existing opener was a basic builder-grade system and that the noise issue wouldn’t improve without replacing it. He then walked me through the newer, quieter system, explained the process clearly, and ensured our satisfaction before starting any work. Once everything was completed, the results spoke for themselves—my wife’s reaction said it all. The difference was night and day. Brent also took the time to give us a quick tutorial and tips, which we appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, professional, and helpful. Precision exceeded our expectations, solved our problem, and delivered exactly what was promised. Their quick response time, strong communication, and solid reputation gave us confidence from the start. We’re completely satisfied with Precision and the excellent services provided by Brent.

I called them based on a recommendation from Genie brand garage doors because my opener lights went out. When they arrived, they said they couldn't fix the lights and offered to replace the motor for $899. When I declined, they offered to service the door for $250. I explained that I didn't call for that reason, but they kept pushing, asking how much I could spend, and offering to break the cost into payments. They even mentioned lowering the price if they called their manager, but they wanted to know how much I was willing to spend. Prior to them leaving, I searched for my replacement motor, which was $199, and a brand new unit for $300; when I advised of the cost, he said that I had to include labor. I said $700 for labor!? When I declined and said I would call back if I wanted the service, they unexpectedly handed me a $60 bill for the visit. This behavior was only from the main technician, Chris, who seemed focused on getting as much money from me as possible. I would not recommend their service again.

I had a horrible experience with precision, when Tech came to replace my garage door, he brought the wrong doors. When we told him that the door was not what we ordered. He started screaming while finger pointing at us said that we were wrong. After he called his office he realized he did brought the wrong door, but he took our old door out already, he had to put wrong one until he comes back. That was Aug 30th, then 3 weeks later on Sept 30th, he came back to installed supposed to be right door, but again, he brought the wrong door. also, his job performance was unbelievable horrible, many screws wasn't secured, every time we open the door whole frame was shakes, door was not straight, didn't even install safety guard, frame has so much gaps, garage door was kept scrubbing my wood frame (yes it damaged my garage frame)...etc... I do have all the pictures to prove it. Finally, someone else came back on Dec 6th (almost 3 month later) fixed everything the way supposed to be. Means while we couldn't uses the garage door. Infect, I was so scare of the Tect who came out first couple times.

Received an estimate for 2 new garage doors and 1 opener. Price to include labor is reasonable. The doors are insulated and the opener is belt drive making it quieter. We added windows to the doors, too. Overall pleased with the estimate. Will update if we decide to go with PGD. Waiting on another company for their estimate.

I am a new homeowner. My noisy, struggling garage door opener had not been maintained and was gradually failing. A very polite, knowledgeable tech, Barry C., explained the problem and what happens when they inspect, service, or rebuild. I chose to rebuild (new springs, pulleys, rollers, cables, lube, balancing) and within one hour the opener was purring like a well-oiled machine. Five stars! Thank you!

Excellent service! One of the springs on my double garage door broke and I called four other repair businesses that offered emergency service, but none could come out that day. I then called Precision and they had a technician, Garry, out in a couple of hours. Garry was fantastic. He was worked quickly and replaced both springs and was finished within 40 minutes. He also answered some questions I had on maintenance. It's been three weeks now and I've intentionally delayed writing this review just in case anything went wrong, but nothing has. Thanks Garry for the excellent work you did.

I just wanted to thank Berry and Jordan for catching a potential problem with my garage opener. I call to have the rubber seal on the bottom of my garage door replaced. Berry observed that my drive train was slack. He went check the drive train assembly and informed me that it needed to be replace. He did a very good job explaining the issue so I could understand the seriousness of the problem without over selling it. I appreciated his concern and asked him to replace the drive train assembly to avoid a future problem. Thank you Berry.

Garage door was slow to open and squeaky: Barry was prompt, polite, and efficient. He explained what he was going to do and then after completed explained to me again what he had done. He also made a suggestion to have a once-a-year service on the door just to be sure all was still well. In and out within half an hour!

As I left for work I found the garage door wouldn't open. I had used the garage door earlier that morning, but this time it would only open a couple inches then stopped. I called Precision based on a coworkers recommendation and was able to get a same day appointment. The advertising for Precision is one of the most professional I've seen. Beyond that, the technician, Barry, was a 10+, according to my husband. The spring in the door broke and it fell at 8:30 Friday night. It was back up and functional by 10:00 Saturday morning. Barry called first, was on-time, thorough and helpful. This was 5-star service all the way! The bios with the pics is definitely a plus.
