Gentleman arrived within window, called ahead. Gave estimate beforehand and garaged works great. Always wondered if reviews on site were accurate and I can tell you they are. Had a different company come out a month ago (because we have a home warranty which we found doesn't cover what was wrong) and prior company told us we need new door and everything else. Not true and we had excellent service. Didn't catch the service mans name but he did a great job.

Recently my garage door began to act up, and I became somewhat alarmed. I was fit in on the schedule early the next day, and Derrick came to work on the door. He did a full inspection, discussed what needed to be done along with providing me costs on each of the options. After I chose the option, he was finished within an hour. Since my garage is not attached to my home and since I have mobility problems, Derrick showed his concern for my having to remain outside with him, suggested that I return to my home, and informed me he would call me when he was done, which he did. The door now moves smoothly from one position to another quietly. Derrick also took the time to explain several things about the garage and the opener that I did not know. Good experience.

Quite disappointed that you guys couldn't help us finish up the new garage door installation and make it right despite that we didn't purchase the door from you.
We are sorry we couldn't help you, but discussed with you the reason. Your doors needed to be taken down and re-installed. There needed to be additional work done before correct installation could be completed. I chose Precision because it was closer & appeared to be more reasonable than other companies. They were also able to fix a same day appt. Bill was very professional & knowlegdeable. My garage repair was completed very quickly. My only issue is that the cust serv reps & tech need to be clear on the pricing after the service fee has been charged.
