Called and spoke with Amanda on Monday and she had an appt. for my the next morning. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful. Tyler J. showed up Tuesday morning. Tyler was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, made all the repairs, and made sure I was satisfied with everything done. He is an exceptional tech and young man.

I was initially disturbed when the tech showed up that the information given to me on the phone was totally inaccurate. Thankfully, the technician Jay was a total professional and explained everything to me. He understood my frustration and provided me several options to repair my doors and bring them up to code. I was very satisfied with the work and Jay stayed into the evening to get the job done to my satisfaction. Jay was an excellent technician and professional. I called several garage door companies prior to Precision and am so glad I did. I strongly recommend calling them if you have any garage door issues.

I was very impressed with the professional, pleasant tech Keith, who explained all options after evaluating the problem. Our system was over 20 yrs. old & needed to be replaced. He did it quickly and worked with us to program the unit. He also helped up to program our car remotes.

5+ STARS. Rick was terrific. He was on time, friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing in detail. I had problems installing my new garage door opener and Rick solved the problems immediately. He showed me how to take care of the opener and how to solve minor problems going forward. He was very thorough. If all the techs are as good as Rick, Precision has a great group of people. Great job!

I called Precision on a Friday and had an appointment set for Saturday 12:00-3:45. The Tech. called at 11:00 and asked if he could come over early. He showed up at 11:30 and looked at the garage door and gave me a price to replace both springs on the garage door. I knew that the price was going to be high because of reading the other reviews. I like the fact that the Tech was very nice and did not try and sell me other parts but just the parts that were broken. He was fast and got the job done in 20 mins. I don't mine paying more when you get service like this. I will use them again.

The tech Mike arrived at my house on time. He was very pleasant and explained everything to me in detail even the price before he got started. He did his best to make sure I was pleased with the job , and before he left he doubled checked everything to make sure the door was working properly. To my surprise the repair did not take long at all and the price was very fair . Thank you precision door for coming out on a holiday weekend. ????

You quoted me a repair price of over $700, but another company quoted me $379. Big difference, plus there was no charge to come give an estimate, but you charged $50 (not to mention that the technician showed up at 11:58 for an 8-12 time window). Will never use your company.
