They weren’t able to repair my door, something I thought would be an easy fix, the tech seemed to think I was being absurd for wanting the repair I was requesting ( a common T- handle lock assembly. ) and I never heard from them again. They didn’t charge for anything but… they should probably mention in their adds what services they can and cannot do.

This has been a learning experience. I am the President of a condo association board in the past we had less than desirable service from a garage door company in repairing one of our garage doors. We had our management Co call Precision Garage and the technician immediately diagnosed the problem and made the repair. I was not the President at this time but was familiar with incident. Here is where it gets interesting the board was so impressed with the service they decided to enter into a maintenance contract with them (Precision Garage Door of Baltimore, Inc.) We were slated for four service calls a year. When the service truck came out I noticed that there were no markings on the truck, and the technician was not in clothing with the company logo. Since this was a routine service call I just thought that Precision Garage Door outsourced some of its work to private vendors. It was not until this emergency happened that the difference was noted. Our garage door spring broke and as it usually does it was after hours and on the weekend. I googled Precision garage door and called the number provided and it was and answering machine, not what I expected from a company who advertised 24/7 emergency service. I left my name and number but received no call back. I then looked at past invoices and called that number and received the same voicemail. Confused I did a google search again and found another number and called and received your company and a live person and set up a service call for the next day. I disabled the garage door and had some help raising it and propping it open so residents could exit the garage. The next day your technician arrived as promised in a truck wrapped in your advertising. And dressed in your work clothes. He looked at the door and asked when it was last service and I told him ln October he seemed perplexed when I told him the technician was on a vehicle with no markings. I showed him an invoice and he replied that’s not our company. At this point I was totally shocked having learned that we were in contract with a company with the same name and logo as yours. Needless to say your technician was willing to make the repair, but lseft it up to me since we did have a contractual agreement with an imposter. I elected to not have him do the work reluctantly. I would however like an estimate from your company for a preventative maintenance contract.

Ron, my technician, was punctual, competent, and friendly. He fixed my garage door problems by reprogramming the remotes and keypad. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

I was so impressed with the quick response to my on line scheduling request and the date and time I selected was confirmed. Elijah was polite and professional. He listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem, made the repair all within 30 minutes. Hopefully I will not have future problems with the door but if I do Precision will be my first call.

I received same day, non-emergency service to repair a garage door that wouldn't open. The repairs were significant due to age and rust. Nicholas Broughton was the technician. He was very courteous and professional and explained all aspects of the repair and provided a clear estimate before work began. He called Trevor for assistance. I would definitely call Precision again should the need arise.

Nick from Arbutus was awesome! Showed up on time, very professional, explained why I needed new opener and upgraded features I would have. Install was efficient and system worked perfect. Much quieter than my 20 yr old opener. Programmed outdoor key pad and both remotes. LED light so no more climbing up ladder to replace bulbs. Could not be happier and I’m not an easily pleased customer. Nick was outstanding!!!

Saw many commercials on TV. When my sensor went out they popped into my mind. Phoned and got an appointment right away. Chris B. came out ON TIME and was friendly but professional. He explained EVERYTHING including how to keep the old door working for a few more years. Price was so reasonable. If and when the door fails you will be who I call!! Thanks for sending out the tech. Original install of garage door was on 3/10/2025. The techician arrived several hours later than the schedule time of the appt time frame. Additionally, he backed in my garage frame with his truck causing damage and did not install the door correctly nor complete the weather striping work around the door. After reporting this to the company a manager came out to my home unannounced and apologized for the poor work, pointed out several errors in the installation and advised that he and the install tech would be back to correct job (mentioned that it would be a learning experience for the tech). The repair were scheduled for 4/10/25 between 8-10am for repairs to my damaged garage frame during install; completion and adjustment of garage door that was not completed during the original install and install of framing in garage windows. On 4/10/25 the technician came after 4pm to only installed the frames into the window which were poorly installed. The tech never knocked on my door or acknowledged he was there. This was the second occurance where I was given a timeframe and the technician arrived several hours pass the given time and did not complete quality work nor finish the job. I've taken off work twice now to have been this company not arrive on time nor give me any sort of notice that they were running late. Additionally I never received any official invoice or breakdown of payment and materials from the company in which I was advised would be emailed to me.

He was early for the appointment, well-prepared, and took the time to explain the problem and the solution in a way I could understand. The garage door has been squeaking and Nick returned to assess and determine all that could be done to correct the problem. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door because the company stands behind their work. It is reassuring that the technician will return if the same problem re-occurs. Precision gives prompt response.
