My positive experience started when I searched the internet for a company that handles garage doors. Their website is impressive, the customer service administrator was professional, scheduling was immediate and convenient, the technician was competent, prepared and pleasant. Door works now. Wasn't keen on paying extra without being asked before the work was completed. Work was 320 for which I signed for, which was 2 eyes. After I stalled I was told he had to put 2 brackets on. Already done. Testing the door, it was doing the same thing. Called the office and it ended up the force? Under a sticker on the motor. So was that all I needed from the beginning? Anyway total bill was 430. 110 for 2 small brackets. Learned my lesson and glad you made a lot on 2 small brackets. Still no invoice. Checked spam and nothing. Can you send me my invoice please. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience with Bobby from Precision Doors. My garage door was stuck closed, one track was bent and it refused to open trapping my car inside. He was prompt, arriving exactly when he said he would, and was very professional. Instead of immediately pushing for expensive replacements, he clearly explained the issue and offered a few different repair options. He worked quickly, ensured the door was safe and balanced. The door has never worked better. It is quieter now than it was when it was brand new 16 years ago.

Bobby was professional and recommended a tune up, which had never been done to my knowledge. The door had jammed the day before, but overnight last night, the door resumed to the open position. Bobby took care of it. It works now. He retooled both openers, the one I keep in the house and the one I keep in the car. And he even blew the dust and debris from the garage. And he lowered the mechanism to close the garage door so that I can reach it. I have shrunk four inches since the garage door was installed about 20 years ago! Who could ask for anything more? The technician service by Nick was excellent and very friendly. He communicated very well the work needed to get my very old heavy garage door to have a functioning motor and rolling parts to get it to work again. When I had questions about the repair and costs Bobby was patient and thorough in explaining, and they upgraded some parts + 1yr warranty so hopefully this doesn’t happen again soon. Precision Garage Doors came out on a Sunday if can believe it and completely refurbished my garage door like new. It runs quiet as a mouse now, smooth rolling all the way. New spring, new wheels, new something else I can’t remember the name of but, all I know is I’m exceedingly happy with the job their technician “Chris” did for us. I had a great experience with the service technician Nicolas Broughton. He was early for the appointment, well-prepared, and took the time to explain the problem and the solution in a way I could understand. The garage door has been squeaking and Nick returned to assess and determine all that could be done to correct the problem. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door because the company stands behind their work. It is reassuring that the technician will return if the same problem re-occurs. Precision gives prompt response. They weren’t able to repair my door, something I thought would be an easy fix, the tech seemed to think I was being absurd for wanting the repair I was requesting ( a common T- handle lock assembly. ) and I never heard from them again. They didn’t charge for anything but… they should probably mention in their adds what services they can and cannot do.

This has been a learning experience. I am the President of a condo association board in the past we had less than desirable service from a garage door company in repairing one of our garage doors. We had our management Co call Precision Garage and the technician immediately diagnosed the problem and made the repair. I was not the President at this time but was familiar with incident. Here is where it gets interesting the board was so impressed with the service they decided to enter into a maintenance contract with them (Precision Garage Door of Baltimore, Inc.) We were slated for four service calls a year. When the service truck came out I noticed that there were no markings on the truck, and the technician was not in clothing with the company logo. Since this was a routine service call I just thought that Precision Garage Door outsourced some of its work to private vendors. It was not until this emergency happened that the difference was noted. Our garage door spring broke and as it usually does it was after hours and on the weekend. I googled Precision garage door and called the number provided and it was and answering machine, not what I expected from a company who advertised 24/7 emergency service. I left my name and number but received no call back. I then looked at past invoices and called that number and received the same voicemail. Confused I did a google search again and found another number and called and received your company and a live person and set up a service call for the next day. I disabled the garage door and had some help raising it and propping it open so residents could exit the garage. The next day your technician arrived as promised in a truck wrapped in your advertising. And dressed in your work clothes. He looked at the door and asked when it was last service and I told him ln October he seemed perplexed when I told him the technician was on a vehicle with no markings. I showed him an invoice and he replied that’s not our company. At this point I was totally shocked having learned that we were in contract with a company with the same name and logo as yours. Needless to say your technician was willing to make the repair, but lseft it up to me since we did have a contractual agreement with an imposter. I elected to not have him do the work reluctantly. I would however like an estimate from your company for a preventative maintenance contract.

Nick from Arbutus was awesome! Showed up on time, very professional, explained why I needed new opener and upgraded features I would have. Install was efficient and system worked perfect. Much quieter than my 20 yr old opener. Programmed outdoor key pad and both remotes. LED light so no more climbing up ladder to replace bulbs.
