No one wants a garage spring to break but that happened to us on a Friday late afternoon. I was so relieved to hear someone could come out and fix it over the weekend. Jay was on time and knowledgeable and worked efficiently. He was courteous in our home and asked questions to determine what was going on. It wasn’t a bill we were expecting but when it’s a safety issue, it’s worth it.

Called for repair of garage door that wouldn't open. Dakota came out and was great! He replaced the busted huge spring that actually does the heavy lifting. He replaced all the worn out rollers, and tuned the whole system as well. The door itself was still in good shape, so didn't need to replace that. (I appreciated his honesty!) Dakota was quick with the job too - got it all done in less than an hour. I'll definitely use Precision Doors again. And I'll be asking for Dakota - pleasant guy, smart, honest, and knows what he's doing!

From the time I submitted a work order to the final handshake with Dakota, the entire experience was FANTASTIC!. I had work done on my garage door opener and needed new cables, Dakota knocked it out within an hour. He went over every detail of my door and was great to talk with. After calling a no-show company we remembered using Precision several years ago. The rep was able to give us a same-day appointment and also asked if we would be available should a tech become available earlier. Keith Cavazos called ahead and came promptly. He was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He made his assessment and explained our options thoroughly. After we decided, he completed the installation very fast and efficiently. It was a TOP NOTCH experience from Kelsy (rep) to Keith (tech). We will DEFINITELY recommend Precision to our friends and neighbors.

Rick is very courteous and does not treat you as if you are stupid. Rick gave me a description of everything he was going to do and invited me to watch. Work was completed very quickly and professionally. He told me what to expect from the new spring TTF so that I could keep an eye and ear on it. I thought the spring price was high but that is what it is. I would recommend Precision Garage Door for repairs, no reservations.

YOUR COMPANY HAS PROVIDED SERVICE TO ME QUITE A FEW YEARS AGO AND IT WAS VERY SATISFACTORY. YOUR TECHNICIAN WAS HERE TODAY AND I MUST SAY I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A MORE POLITE, DEDICATED INDIVIDUAL. SADLY, MY PROBLEM WOULD HAVE COST MORE THAN I COULD AFFORD RIGHT NOW, BUT HE GAVE ME OPTIONS THAT I WILL TAKE WHEN FINANCES ARE BETTER THAN NOW. Found you thru Angie's List. Appreciate seeing and knowing who the service personnel are before arrival. Derrick was prompt, professional, and personable. I also appreciate having a two-hour block as to when to expect someone to arrive; rather than some half-daay or all-day time blocks. I have mentioned/referred your company to a family member, should garage door service be required in the future. Incidentally, I had routine tune-up and quite rollers this time.
