We were in a huge, huge bind with our garage door, deciding to break 2 weeks before Christmas. I went to the website, scheduled a next-day appointment. Aug 15, 2025 On 14 Aug 2025 Precision Garage Door charged me $100 for a door inspection and recommended replacing 10 Precision Green Roller 5"($300.00) and 2 L-shaped Triple touch 13/8" CP-138 ($288.00). I paid these inflated prices and the job took about 20 minutes. After completing the service I left my home only to be called by Tyrone (technician)30 minutes later that I needed to return to my home because he forgot to adjust the railings. My total bill was $723.28, and 1 day later my garage door won't open or close due to poor craftsmanship. I called the company and they are sending someone to my house on 15 Aug 2025 to try to fix what they broke. There was no expertise, trust, or convenience as advertised. Still waiting for repairs!

Such a great experience! Garage door opener stopped working 85% of the way closed and trapped both cars in the garage! I made a request on a Thursday night for someone to come out, and made an appointment for the next day! They were professional, on time and efficient! All done in one day!

I saw the Precision advertisement in the value pak and I was impressed that they don't charge service charge for estimate, even if on weekends or nights. I called and the phone was answered by a live person who quickly scheduled an appt. for me on Sunday morning. Bobby called before he arrived and was quite professional and friendly. He assessed problem and carefully explained short and long-term options for us to consider. He was patient with my many questions and used his knowledge to thoroughly explain the proposed repairs. If we have any problems in the future, we'll definitely call Precision back!!

The second time in 18 months I've used the company and I couldn't be happier! First we got a new garage door, and now a new opener. I made a call yesterday afternoon and by noon today my problem was solved. Barry was courteous and efficient, a great asset to the company!

We had a garage door opener replaced and added keypad. We would highly recommend Precision Door and especially Barry as service technician. While they may not be the cheapest company for door service, Precision Door has a Quality product and quality service. We were notified at the time of appointment who our technician would be and saw his picture. Barry let us know upfront the problems, cost and kept us informed during installation.
