The second time in 18 months I've used the company and I couldn't be happier! First we got a new garage door, and now a new opener. I made a call yesterday afternoon and by noon today my problem was solved. Barry was courteous and efficient, a great asset to the company!

We had a garage door opener replaced and added keypad. We would highly recommend Precision Door and especially Barry as service technician. While they may not be the cheapest company for door service, Precision Door has a Quality product and quality service. We were notified at the time of appointment who our technician would be and saw his picture. Barry let us know upfront the problems, cost and kept us informed during installation.

I saw the Precision advertisement in the value pak and I was impressed that they don't charge service charge for estimate, even if on weekends or nights. I called and the phone was answered by a live person who quickly scheduled an appt. for me on Sunday morning. Bobby called before he arrived and was quite professional and friendly. He assessed problem and carefully explained short and long-term options for us to consider. He was patient with my many questions and used his knowledge to thoroughly explain the proposed repairs. If we have any problems in the future, we'll definitely call Precision back!!
