I called around 7PM to schedule a repair to my broken double garage door. After speaking with Anthony, he was able to schedule my repair the next morning which I found to be extremely terrific. This was only the beginning of a fantastic experience with a contractor. Christopher Brown came the next day as scheduled, to fix my garage door. From the start he was professional and as we talked, he showed he was friendly, appreciative and knew his garage doors. After a thorough inspection of my broken door, he provided me with 4 estimates ranging from bare minimum to replacing all moving parts. He went over them slowly and explained each one very well. He wasn't trying to sell me any one of them which was appreciated by me. After agreeing on an option, he got right to work. He took no breaks and was constantly working. It was a big job to me but not to him. I watched some of his work and he definitely knew what he was doing. Within 2 hours he had finished. He then explained each part that he had replaced, how to perform maintenance and the 3 year warranty. After a demo of the now-working door, he explained the invoice and I happily paid it. I thanked him and he did the same after I told him how good he is at his job. I was very impressed by Chris and felt compelled to write this so he can get recognized as an excellent employee and person. He is a huge asset to your company in more ways than one. The entire process was really wonderful. Scott, in scheduling, was very courteous & kind. Austin, the repair technician, was informative and helpful. They both are good people. When I called to schedule the work at 1PM on Saturday, January 11th, I was informed a tech would be out between 3-7 PM. Austin arrived around 5 & was finished installing the new springs & cables by 6:30. He even replaced 2 screws that were missing. I highly recommend Precision to help you with your garage door needs. Their pricing aligns with the national average. Thank you Precision for having a great crew!

Precision Garage did an outstanding job of replacing our old LiftMaster door opener, updating the rolling hardware and spring on the old garage door. They responded quickly to the request, and their auto-text feature let us know the technician was on his way. In addition, he called to advise arrival time. The door opener installation and other repairs (new spring and rollers) were done in a reasonable time, and the technician left no mess or debris for us to clean up. The new LiftMaster system is incredibly quiet, and the door no longer hangs up on lowering due to whatever heat or mis-match or wear issues that had been affecting the system. We are very pleased and would use Precision Garage again for repair and maintenance on our opener.

I’m not happy at all. While the initial scheduling was perfectly fine and the confirmation provided a name and face of the repairman who would be coming, unfortunately they sent someone else who claimed to have fixed the door but did not. The garage door is still broke and now when it goes down it make a loud sound and the door shifts when trying to close. The garage door is still broken. The original repair was for the safely feature on the door. “If something is in the way the door automatically goes back up”. Even though there is nothing in the way the door would get to a certain point and go back up. The garage door opener light would flash just as it would if something where there. They replaced both springs to the tune of $722.00 and the door still doesn’t work. I called to schedule another repair and they gave me the name of who would be there and once again they changed repair and sent the same person who wasn’t able to fix it the first time.

Its not very often that I get to say I was very impressed with a repair contractor but I certainly was. Barry was right on time (called 30 minutes ahead to let us know he was on his way), he was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and flawlessly. The garage door has never worked better! I think I can safely say this is the best service I have ever had from a contractor. $440 (including parts) was not exactly cheap to replace the springs on a double garage door (changed from single spring to double spring system and replaced bearing) but I think it was worth it to get the job done properly. Thanks!

Was charged $510 for a torsion spring replacement and center bearing. This was after supplying the $15 online coupon. Friend at work had same job done for under $200. You look on line on ask.com and they say same thing. Parts $30 each plus $65 labor. Not sure where the other $300 came from since he was only here 45 minutes to do the job.

I'm upset that I had to pay a service call fee for you to replace the springs on my garage door. The springs had been replace and was still under warrant. This does not make any sense. I understand about paying for the labor for the installation of the springs but not for a services call for warrant work.
