I’m not happy at all. While the initial scheduling was perfectly fine and the confirmation provided a name and face of the repairman who would be coming, unfortunately they sent someone else who claimed to have fixed the door but did not. The garage door is still broke and now when it goes down it make a loud sound and the door shifts when trying to close. The garage door is still broken. The original repair was for the safely feature on the door. “If something is in the way the door automatically goes back up”. Even though there is nothing in the way the door would get to a certain point and go back up. The garage door opener light would flash just as it would if something where there. They replaced both springs to the tune of $722.00 and the door still doesn’t work. I called to schedule another repair and they gave me the name of who would be there and once again they changed repair and sent the same person who wasn’t able to fix it the first time.

Both of our coil springs were broken, so we called Precision. Sherman was our technician. He had a very friendly personality, was knowledgeable, fast and efficient, and gave us a top quality job. We would definitely use Precision again!

Excellent service & price. The Tech Mike C was excellent ! Very thorough, a definite credit to the company to have him as an employee. Very Knowledgable, quick work. Explained everything he did. Ensured the door was operating to my liking before signing the work ticket. Would Def Recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service. The Spring they replaced was visably a much better quality than the previously replaced spring. Mike arrived within the time frame specified. Its not very often that I get to say I was very impressed with a repair contractor but I certainly was. Barry was right on time (called 30 minutes ahead to let us know he was on his way), he was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and flawlessly. The garage door has never worked better! I think I can safely say this is the best service I have ever had from a contractor. $440 (including parts) was not exactly cheap to replace the springs on a double garage door (changed from single spring to double spring system and replaced bearing) but I think it was worth it to get the job done properly. Thanks!

Was charged $510 for a torsion spring replacement and center bearing. This was after supplying the $15 online coupon. Friend at work had same job done for under $200. You look on line on ask.com and they say same thing. Parts $30 each plus $65 labor. Not sure where the other $300 came from since he was only here 45 minutes to do the job.

I'm upset that I had to pay a service call fee for you to replace the springs on my garage door. The springs had been replace and was still under warrant. This does not make any sense. I understand about paying for the labor for the installation of the springs but not for a services call for warrant work.

The way things should be. Tech called before coming and arrived early. He quickly assessed the repair, provided a cost quote, worked with available discounts, explained the work, completed the work and explained required preventive maintenance. Doors worked better than new when complete. Had one small issue that was quickly addressed and resolved. Would use them again.
