I called Sunday and you were out here Monday even before our scheduled appointment. You called when you were on your way. The technician was very courteous and polite. I was a bit disappointed that the charge was more than what was quoted to me on Sunday , it wasn’t that big of a deal.

I was faced with a serious problem. Scheduled to go out of town and could not open my garage door, spring broke. I needed to get it repaired ASAP. I had the good fortune to have Tito as the technician and his fame had preceded him. He did an excellent job. And explained everything clearly. We have ended up with a better product (though the old Liftmaster lasted 20 years ). Plus he pointed out that the prior installer did not hook up the sensors. Very please with the timeliness, pleasant relationship and very neat work. And he added the new codes to both cars and the remote key pad.

The technician Jay Customer Service was exceptional. He explained everything to me clearly so that I could understand. He explained all of my options as well as the pros and cons. Answered all of my questions and ensured me that everything would be working much better and it is. Everyone was so pleasant from my initial call to schedule my appointment. I really appreciated the call from Amy explaining that the original technician job before coming to me was taking longer than expected and they were able to r/s with another technician. This experience was a breathe of fresh air because now a days no one has great Customer Service anymore.

Strangely, our garage door was opening all by itself, without us using our remote or key pad. This happened several times over a two-day period. We tried deleting the code and reentering a code but that didn't resolve the problem. We contacted Precision and a their very nice and knowledgeable technician, Derrick, was on the scene in a matter of hours. He performed a reboot which seemed to work. But moments later, a close neighbor drove by. To our surprise, our garage door once again seemingly opened all by itself. The mystery started to be solved when Derrick asked us to check with the neighbor who had just opened her garage door. It turned out that our neighbor's car was in the shop for repair and she was given a "loaner" that had a remote. When she used her remote to open her garage door, she unwittingly opened ours as well. Mystery solved. Derrick reset our garage door opener so as to block the interference. Thanks goes again to "detective" Derrick.

I know nothing about garage doors, except which button to push. When nothing happens, I try to find who to call. This company indicated 24 hour/7 day a week contact availability. I called at 3:15 ish and the operator indicated that Chris would be at my house between 5:30 and 9:30 same day. Already, I'm feeling positive. Then she says, he will call if he can make it earlier, if that's ok. Again a plus. Chris called at 4:00 and said he'd be here in 30 mins and he was. He checked out the problem and explained to me in a way that even I could understand. He offered me 3 different options for repair at different price points. When I asked when the work could be done, he told me--Right now. He started the work at about 5:00 and finished at 7:00. 2 garage doors, explanations, "paperwork" all completed within 4 hours of a phone call. SUPER. Highly recommend.

Commuting with your office personnel is, to say the least, very difficult. Their lack of interest in addressing my concerns was annoying. Finally, I received some satisfaction discussing my issues and agreed to a refund, although meeker; however, after more that a week that credit has not been posted to my Visa acct.
