From the first call with Jill to the final installment with Jay everything was handled in the most respectful and professional way. Our garage door would not open. our garage door was/is quite old and the springs seem to have given out. the door got stuck when we tried to open the garage. your company was the first and only one we called, the phone call was answered by a human being who checked schedules and told us that a technician could come, between 10:30 (right when we had called) and 12:30 AM. when the tech (Keith) arrived with his assistant/trainee (Kyle) on location having called beforehand to say that he would be here with 30 minutes (and was present), both he and his assistant were able to assess the situation quickly, competently and correctly and proceeded with the work, after having given me a price quote. in less than an hour, the garage was repaired and fully operational and both worked in a focused, calm and polite manner. these days, to find such exceptional team members is rare. hold on to them, both, but especially Keith who was in the lead. they are/he is worth his weight in gold. highly recommended.
