I could not be happier with the service provided by Jamal in making the repairs to my garage doors. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He did a thorough review of each door and told me what he thought was causing the one door to open spontaneously.
He also pointed out that the garage openers were straining to lift the doors (I had added insulating panels) and recommended new stronger springs would reduce the strain on the motors. The new springs and adjustments he made to the systems made my garage door openers run more smoothly. Should I have another problem with my garage doors I will definitely call Precision Garage Door Service to make the repairs...and will request Jamal as the service person.
