Jamal is a garage door repair technician. He enjoys meeting new people, and their pets. He is very detail oriented and enjoys technical problem solving. On his days off he enjoys being a family man and indulging in outdoor life.
We called Precision to repair our garage door which was not closing properly. The technician, Jamal Crosby, connected with us before arriving, came on time, and correctly diagnosed our problem with the rollers and springs. Our garage door now opens and closes so smoothly we can hardly hear it. Jamal was very knowledgeable, friendly and we will certainly use Precision in the future for any garage door needs.

I could not be happier with the service provided by Jamal in making the repairs to my garage doors. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He did a thorough review of each door and told me what he thought was causing the one door to open spontaneously. He also pointed out that the garage openers were straining to lift the doors (I had added insulating panels) and recommended new stronger springs would reduce the strain on the motors. The new springs and adjustments he made to the systems made my garage door openers run more smoothly. Should I have another problem with my garage doors I will definitely call Precision Garage Door Service to make the repairs...and will request Jamal as the service person.
