My garage door sensor quit working so I decided to replace both sensors figuring that would be an easy fix. Wrong. Changing the sensor was not difficult yet the door would still not function. The Manufacturer suggested that I call Precision and happily they set up an appointment for the next morning. Precision immediately emailed and texted an appointment confirmation. The Tech, Jared, sent a text and phoned me to confirm his arrival time. He quickly diagnosed that the wiring had issues, showed me a repair estimate and had the wiring fixed and door working within 15 minutes. I was really impressed with the professionalism and courteousness of this Technician. The repair invoice was very reasonable and the overall experience was an A plus! Great company!

We chose Precision Garage doors because we have heard some good things about them. My wife worked across the street from your office in Arbutus and she everyone she had talked to was very friendly. They also helped her with the gate to her work. Courteous and professional personal from call to repair. Jared, the service tech, was friendly, courteous and professional. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, was do to the price of the service performed. Quite expensive for just spring replacement ?
