Courteous and professional personal from call to repair. Jared, the service tech, was friendly, courteous and professional. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, was do to the price of the service performed. Quite expensive for just spring replacement ?

I had came back from the grocery store & our garage door would not open back up. So I looked on the internet & found Precision Garage Door Service, I checked their website & found they were open today (Saturday) I called & spoke with Sophie, very pleasant, explained our problem & with in 2 hours the tech was at our house & fixed the problem. We can't say thank you enough to them.
