For a $1,100 price tag on 30K cycle springs and bearing replacement on a 2 car garage, I was expecting at least a 5–10 year warranty on the springs instead of the 1 year warranty initially offered that was inched up to 2 years.Their weak point is not standing behind a product they claim will last longer.

Tito was very courteous and professional as he pointed out some issues that he found, and we agreed to make the repairs he suggested to avoid further problems in the near future. I was surprised at the cost of a 9' piece of steel used in the repair. The tecnician was on time and proceeded accordingly spending 30 minutes on site. The total bill of $370 surprised me for what was done. The invoice did not break down travel time, labor rate or materil cost....just a total due.

The technician arrived when expected and checked out what I thought was a problem. As it turns out, it was not. Even so, he took a picture of the issue (a red light in the unit), just to make sure. After his visit, I am satisfied that there is nothing to be concerned about.

These guys did an excellent job to our 25 year old door. The original call was for a broken spring but after doing an inspection found cable frayed and due to the age of the door, suggested to replace the rollers and end and center bearings and drums. This is not the first spring replaced in the 25 years of operation but we will be replacing it every 10 years or so do to our vehicles and some equipment we need to get in and out of the garage , the door weighs about 350-400 lbs. so not able to manually lift it. We will be using Precision Doors in the future. Kudos to Nicolas and his associate Dj for a job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!
