Tyler and the team were incredible. He called on his way to our house and even asked if we needed any snack from the gas station while he was there. He sent an awesome text message about himself before arriving that made us feel like we had a friend coming to work on the garage and not a 3rd party vendor. And, Tyler and the team were super professional and did a great job providing options for our repair. Highly recommend these guys.

Chris more than met my expectations regarding fixing my garage key pad. He saw another problem with the way the door closed and fixed it, too. The service that Precision is what you used to expect from home repair companies. The professionalism, courtesy, and compassion that we received from the second that we made the appointment to the time the opener and drive were replaced. I replace the board in the head unit myself two years ago and knowing that we have a 10 year warranty on the products is worth every cent that we spent. Jay C, the service technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Our aged and inoperable door was replaced and working in less than an hour.

As always, your guys did a stellar job. I was happy to hear that all my garage door needed was a basic maintenance check and lubrication, and they got done in less than half an hour. Precision Garage Door came out to fix my broken garage door spring. Chris L. was right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was friendly and explained everything clearly. The new spring was installed efficiently, and the door is working perfectly now. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door

I checked online for it after seeing commercials on TV. The experience was great and Bobby explained everything in detail so my wife and I would understand it! Yes on expectations and solving the garage problem. Bobby was very professional & courteous! If we need help with our garage door again, we want Bobby! Helpful without a question. I have been an teacher for 50 years and Bobby did educate me on the things that really deal with the garage door! He should get a raise and please thank him for both of us!

My main reason for calling this company was to replace/repair my exterior keypad for my garage door opener, which the technician was not able to do due to the age of the garage door opener model especially the motor. I am not reducing my rating because of this since it was outside of the options available to the technician. My secondary reason was to check and do maintenance on the springs, which the technician did quickly. The technician wrote up estimates for replacing the opener motor and reviewed them with me. I will be receiving them via email soon. The technician was very courteous, professional, and helpful. He also arrived within the pre-scheduled appointment time.
