We had a problem with our garage door not opening, We called for service and were given an appointment for between 10:30am and 1:00pm on the following day. We received a call from your service man at about 8:30am asking if he could arrive early because we were his first call of the day. He arrived at about 9:15 am, figured out what our problem was and repaired it within 45 minutes. I was impressed with his friendly and courteous demeanor and the professional way he handled our problem. We would certainly recommend your company to anyone with a garage door problem. Precision Garage Doors came out on a Sunday if can believe it and completely refurbished my garage door like new. It runs quiet as a mouse now, smooth rolling all the way. New spring, new wheels, new something else I can’t remember the name of but, all I know is I’m exceedingly happy with the job their technician “Chris” did for us. He arrived early, was kind, thorough and professional and he cleaned up after himself. Great work Chris. Great serve Precision Doors.

I had a great experience with the service technician Nicolas Broughton. He was early for the appointment, well-prepared, and took the time to explain the problem and the solution in a way I could understand. The garage door has been squeaking and Nick returned to assess and determine all that could be done to correct the problem. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door because the company stands behind their work. It is reassuring that the technician will return if the same problem re-occurs. Precision gives prompt response. Precision Garage Door is a neighborly company. I've found that they have high standards!

They weren’t able to repair my door, something I thought would be an easy fix, the tech seemed to think I was being absurd for wanting the repair I was requesting ( a common T- handle lock assembly. ) and I never heard from them again. They didn’t charge for anything but… they should probably mention in their adds what services they can and cannot do.

I am very happy with the garage door service. A spring broke on one of my garage doors early this morning. I called Precision Garage doors and a service technician, Tyler, was at my door in 2 hours. He inspected the door and provided a recommendation and the costs. I agreed with his recommendation and Tyler completed the work in less than an hour. I couldn't be happier with the service. Technician Chris Brown did a thorough inspection of the door and opener, explained his findings and provided multiple options from adjustments to spring and bearings replacement along with two new opener options, all clearly outlined and priced. We chose to have the springs and bearings replaced and serviced, which Mr. Brown completed in about an hour. Upon paying for the services, Mr. Brown provided us with the quotes for the two door opener options, one of which we are likely to have installed later in the summer of 2026. Mr. Brown was quite knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining what each option would provide and the associated warranties. A very professional service call, I’ll use Precision for future work and recommend them to anyone interested in garage door repair.
