Precision was able to come out within 2 HOURS. Tyler (the technician) was very friendly and had my car back on the road in no time. Yesterday afternoon my garage door showed an error code. I went online and arranged an appointment for early afternoon today and the technician showed up promptly. He diagnosed the problem and adjusted the tracks and performed an overall maintainence. There was no pressure for the maintainence, but it felt that a good thing to do and the price is quite reasonable. He completed the work in a short time, explained exactly what he did and answered all my questions in a courteous and friendly manner. Yes the other company may have been less expensive but would have cost me much more if I would have continued with them. My tech Bobby was wonderful. He was very competent, experienced and totally organized. I have a 2 door garage and both liftmasters were replaced. I now have terrific lighting and cameras and I can look on my phone to see if I remembered to close the garage door. Thank you so much for being a 5 star company.

Bobby Shoar was fantastic to work with. He explained what our 43 yr old wooden door needed, having only had a slight tune up 8 yrs ago. He did a fabulous job on the door, cleaned up, and took away a long rubber strip we had installed many years ago, and all with a great attitude and smile on his face when our back porch temp was 103 and the heat index 110; what a trooper.
