We needed springs replaced on our 100 year old wooden garage. Elijah was very helpful in guiding us through the process. This is the second time we've used Precision. They did a great job the first time around so we used them again. Great service and very timely.

Tito was beyond excellent! He took the time to explain what happened, how best to fix it, and how long it would take. Aside from being a kind and knowledgeable gentleman, he's a wonderful representative of Precision. I'm so glad that he fixed our garage doors, and when we need more service, he will be asked for by name!

Door works now. Wasn't keen on paying extra without being asked before the work was completed. Work was 320 for which I signed for, which was 2 eyes. After I stalled I was told he had to put 2 brackets on. Already done. Testing the door, it was doing the same thing. Called the office and it ended up the force? Under a sticker on the motor. So was that all I needed from the beginning? Anyway total bill was 430. 110 for 2 small brackets. Learned my lesson and glad you made a lot on 2 small brackets. Still no invoice. Checked spam and nothing. Can you send me my invoice please. Thank you.

Service was good, but tried to sell new track wheels on door that was just installed last year. Also said I would receive summary of work/invoice and record of payment by email, but it was never received.

The appt was scheduled quickly, they reminded me the day before of the appointment and the technician called to let me know the exact time he’d arrive at my house. He assessed what I needed to be done to my garage door and gave me a very reasonable price for all of the work he accomplished in a few short hours. My garage door looks brand new now. I won’t hesitate to call Precision door in the future.

1. Dion in the office always answers the phone promptly & followed my request politely. 2. Got appointment confirmation e-mail, appointment reminder e-mail & 30 mins before on the way call, text & e-mail, the most organized company. 3. Technician Elijah came on time with uniform & business truck. He explained everything patiently, replaced the seal & did the tune-up professionally. My pleasure to work with him. 4. The payment system is secure & convenient. 5. The best!

Tyler Wasson was on time, clean, polite and very competent. He was done is a very short time and our Door works even better than before. He gave us some options for consideration and did not push to sell the most expensive one. We chose a slight upgrade and he was done in less t han 20 minutes. Tyler can come back any time.

I had the most amazing experience with Precision Garage. I had the worst sounding garage door that was worse than nails on a chalkboard. I was embarrassed to even use my garage door. Tito, my technician, took the time to explain what the issues were and offered me different options to reduce the awful sound. He arrived on time and was kind, polite, and friendly. I love my new garage door opener and all of the equipment that goes with it for a quiet garage door. Thanks Precision Garage and specifically Tito.
