Jamal arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our garage door setup. Having bought the house a few years ago, We had several different ages on our door, track and motor. Jamal did a top to bottom adjustment, cleaned and greased the moving parts, provided new remotes for three cars and made sure everything worked perfectly. Great service.

Great Service! We just had a tech out to evaluate our noisy garage door. He was so thorough and explained everything extremely well, giving options on a resolution. I ultimately decided to hold off on doing anything about the noisy pully until a later time since it didn't affect the function or safety of the door. I did not feel pressured and will definitely use Precision Service in the future. Honest and knowledgeable!! Thank you.

My service technician, Elijah Bowman, was excellent! Listened to me explain the problem, had experience with the type of problem I had, and as a result was able to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose the problem and offer two possible solutions, repair or replace my Liftmaster unit. I chose to replace, and he was prepared by having the replacement unit I needed on his truck. Elijah made short work of the repair and gave me a complete explanation of the operation of the unit and all the back-up and spare parts that he left me with. I really appreciated his professionalism!

The spring on my garage door broke and Tito came out today to fix it. The parts were at least 28 years old, so he replaced everything with a new system that opens the door more evenly and quieter! Service was quick and very professional. I would request Tito again in the future. I used Precision over 15 years ago at a different home and I am pleased to see their customer service has remained the same! I highly recommend them if you are in need!

I chose Precision because of the reviews as well as the flexibility of scheduling so I could be home during the service. Tito was the installer today. He was absolutely awesome!!! He definitely knows what he is doing. After he assessed that our opener was basically non repairable he gave us 3 options for replacement. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Anybody that gets him on their service call will be very pleased.

Just looked at my recent bill from January 2023 and realized the work you did was still in warranty. I called your office and you had someone come out the same day and replaced a roller that was defective. The part was replaced within 15 minutes. The bearing in the roller was bad.
