When I researched companies in my area Precision seemed to be at the top, with great reviews. The tech who came out to service of our doors could not have been more pleasnt, knowledge, and easy to work with. Chris first did a review of the all the components and found several that needed attention. Most of the components were 30 or years old. Chris broke down each and what needed to be replacement or repaired. So we were able to see what each work cost. While both of the openers were the same age he did recommend replacing both a one was still in decent shape. That honesty was a good sign of his and his company"s honesty.

Totally happy with the entire experience offered by Precision Garage Door Service. I was able to book an appointment online for the following day with no problem. Chris Brown arrived when he said he would, assessed the problem quickly, and recommended a reasonably priced repair. The work was completed very quickly and my garage door now opens very smoothly and quietly. Will not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone looking for quick, efficient, and quality service.

I called around 7PM to schedule a repair to my broken double garage door. After speaking with Anthony, he was able to schedule my repair the next morning which I found to be extremely terrific. This was only the beginning of a fantastic experience with a contractor. Christopher Brown came the next day as scheduled, to fix my garage door. From the start he was professional and as we talked, he showed he was friendly, appreciative and knew his garage doors. After a thorough inspection of my broken door, he provided me with 4 estimates ranging from bare minimum to replacing all moving parts. He went over them slowly and explained each one very well. He wasn't trying to sell me any one of them which was appreciated by me. After agreeing on an option, he got right to work. He took no breaks and was constantly working. It was a big job to me but not to him. I watched some of his work and he definitely knew what he was doing. Within 2 hours he had finished. He then explained each part that he had replaced, how to perform maintenance and the 3 year warranty. After a demo of the now-working door, he explained the invoice and I happily paid it. I thanked him and he did the same after I told him how good he is at his job. I was very impressed by Chris and felt compelled to write this so he can get recognized as an excellent employee and person. He is a huge asset to your company in more ways than one. Thank you Chris!

Technician Ron did an assessment of the problem, a thorough inspection of the door, hinges, rollers, cables, etc. and prepared a complete list of repairs needed and the cost estimate. Approval to go ahead was given and work proceeded. After 2+ hours the work was finished and door operation was smooth. Ron was pleasant and friendly during the job and inspection found no further work needed. A variety of parts were required and all were available on hand, rollers and many more items. I was very satisfied with the job done!

Reflection on Precision Garage Doo's technician Mr. Jay Constantine: Jay arrived promptly and expertly assessed the condition of our broken half-functioning garage door that potentially threatened the safety of my family. With full knowledge of what to do he went to work and in under an hour the door was fully functioning. Although not required, it really helped and assured me of his honesty in assessing the situation because he carried himself similarly. This is my second time using Precision Garage Door Company. This morning Tavon Flowers came to our rescue by replacing the hinges, spring, cables and rollers on the garage door. His work ethic was outstanding! He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be done. He made sure that everything was in working order before he left. I would definitely call Precision Garage Door Company again if needed.

Of course it would be a holiday weekend when the spring on our garage door broke! Consequently, the online search for a service provider began. The Yelp reviews for Precision Door and their service area made them an obvious choice. Their website was user friendly and made it easy to schedule service for a Sunday afternoon. Text confirmations and reminders were sent to my cell. The technician, Christopher Brown, called and asked if he could arrive early. He was very professional and clearly stated what inspection he would provide and how long it would take. Afterwards, he presented several repair options. The choice was made to replace the springs, pulleys, and rollers. All required parts were on his truck and the repairs took less time than estimated. The service, timeliness and professionalism of Precision Door was exceptional . . . especially in this day and age! Personally, I would recommend Chris and Precision Door whole-heartedly.

We used Precision Garage Door of Central Maryland before. They replaced one of our two openers a few years ago. They did a fine job then and the unit is performing well, so I decided to return to them for the second door opener. As in the first job, the tech did a great job. He completed the task in about 90 minutes and even checked the first door to make sure it was working properly - which it was.
