I needed a garage door spring replaced and I’ve been seeing the commercials for Precision and decided to give them a call my service technician named Jay arrived early and was friendly and polite and professional and knowledgeable ! He assessed my situation suggested a couple upgrades that I went with and I’m glad I did he got right to work and in a hour he was done he cleaned up and I’m a happy customer ! My garage door is so quiet now and works perfectly ! Thanks Jay and thanks Precision Garage Door !

I chose precision because I remembered the commercial. The technician Bobby made it an easy decision. He was very friendly and professional. The installer was here when promised and he did a good job. It was just installed today 3/15/2025. So I will see how things go. Praying all goes well. Thanks for being professional and prompt.

Austin was so professional and very nice. He explained everything and showed me how to oil the gears and hinges on my garage door in order to maintain a smooth operating system. Austin also connected my vehicle to the garage door. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Bobby was great, pleasant & answered all questions & explained what the problem was & how to prevent it going forward. Called and got an appointment for the next morning. Tito Cruz called to tell me he was on the way and showed up on time. Tito was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a full maintenance check on both doors, lubricated where necessary, and fixed the travel. He replaced the backup batteries and added locks. All work was done well and quickly. And he left me some lubricant and showed me where to apply in the future. Very satisfied.

I called for service on Thursday and the tech came, on time, the next day. He was friendly and very professional. He diagnosed the problem which involved the door rather than the opener motor, explained the problem in detail, gave me a price which I accepted and fixed it then. He had the parts in his truck thankfully. He did a beautiful job and even swept out leaves which had blown into the garage.
