Bobby Shoar was fantastic to work with. He explained what our 43 yr old wooden door needed, having only had a slight tune up 8 yrs ago. He did a fabulous job on the door, cleaned up, and took away a long rubber strip we had installed many years ago, and all with a great attitude and smile on his face when our back porch temp was 103 and the heat index 110; what a trooper. Definitely a 5-star tech!

You had installed our opener 2 years ago, and it works perfectly. Recently one of the lights stopped working, but it does not use owner-serviceable components. Tyler quickly identified the malfunctioning electronic and replaced it. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

It is so rare these days to have a company so organized and knowledgeable about the products/services they sell and install. Your technician - Craig Taylor - came out to the house on a Monday (after your website allowed me to make an easy appointment online) and scheduled the repairs on all 5 garage doors for the very next day. He arrived before he said he would, and stayed the entire day to fix the trim and flashing on the garage doors. The work was done with care and precision and the total cost was very reasonable for the size of the job. Nothing but great things to say about my experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Precision to anyone needing service on their garage doors. I have a very high standard and you went beyond it it by a mile. Thank you for the fantastic work!

Outstanding service from start to finish. Robert Schenck of Precision Garage Door Service of Central Maryland delivered exactly the kind of experience every homeowner hopes for — prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. From the moment he arrived, Robert got straight to work, quickly diagnosing the issue with my garage door and clearly explaining what had gone wrong in plain, easy-to-understand terms. Rather than pushing unnecessary repairs, he laid out transparent options and helped me understand the best path forward. True to his word, he completed the full repair in under 30 minutes — impressive by any standard. What really set Robert apart was his attention to detail. He went above and beyond by reinforcing the door panel, ensuring the fix wasn't just a quick patch but a lasting, high-quality repair. The workmanship was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free from first call to final handshake. If you're in Central Maryland and need garage door service, look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend Robert to my neighbors and community — he brings top-tier expertise, genuine professionalism, and customer care that's increasingly hard to find. Five stars, without hesitation.

They are the best. They didn’t try to convince me to buy a new one but repaired my garage door opener within a half an hour. Nor did they charge me for their time. This is unheard of. I know for sure when I do need a new opener, Precision Garage Door Company will be who I call.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Chris Brown arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be replaced. They even noticed a few parts of my older system that were wearing out and fixed them before they became a safety hazard. The door operates so smoothly now. Highly recommend!
