Tito did an amazing job. He explained the issue clearly. He gave me two options and clear pricing for each one. When he was finished, he went the extra mile to show me how I could use the garage door opener button built into the car. He explained the new openers features very well. I appreciated that he was willing to come out on a Sunday afternoon.

I was surprised at the cost of a 9' piece of steel used in the repair. The tecnician was on time and proceeded accordingly spending 30 minutes on site. The total bill of $370 surprised me for what was done. The invoice did not break down travel time, labor rate or materil cost....just a total due.

The technician arrived when expected and checked out what I thought was a problem. As it turns out, it was not. Even so, he took a picture of the issue (a red light in the unit), just to make sure. After his visit, I am satisfied that there is nothing to be concerned about.

These guys did an excellent job to our 25 year old door. The original call was for a broken spring but after doing an inspection found cable frayed and due to the age of the door, suggested to replace the rollers and end and center bearings and drums. This is not the first spring replaced in the 25 years of operation but we will be replacing it every 10 years or so do to our vehicles and some equipment we need to get in and out of the garage , the door weighs about 350-400 lbs. so not able to manually lift it. We will be using Precision Doors in the future. Kudos to Nicolas and his associate Dj for a job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!
