Bobby was professional and recommended a tune up, which had never been done to my knowledge. The door had jammed the day before, but overnight last night, the door resumed to the open position. Bobby took care of it. It works now. He retooled both openers, the one I keep in the house and the one I keep in the car. And he even blew the dust and debris from the garage. And he lowered the mechanism to close the garage door so that I can reach it. I have shrunk four inches since the garage door was installed about 20 years ago! Who could ask for anything more? Thank you for everything.

The technician service by Nick was excellent and very friendly. He communicated very well the work needed to get my very old heavy garage door to have a functioning motor and rolling parts to get it to work again. Nick and his colleague spent a long time fixing our door because they had to customize parts to get the very old door system to function. He was so courteous and friendly, and communicated invoicing beforehand, and the work done once completed.

We used Precision when we replaced our original door openers. The serviceman was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. After we discussed the problem, he explained what he was doing to correct it. We contacted Precision yesterday and they came promptly this morning. Our serviceman completed the fix within an hour. He then explained what he did and how it worked. We are very satisfied.

I would like to thank Craig and Tyler of Precision Door for their professionalism in repairing my garage door that has not been working for 3 years. They surveyed the area, provided their recommendations and had the door working within 10 minutes. They took the extra step and realigned the door sensors and inspected every aspect of the components. Also, I was amazed how inexpensive the bill was! It sure was a great feeling knowing there are still honest people out there. As an added bonus I was happy they knew who Brooks Robinson and Johnny Unitas were!

The new belt installation went very smooth, the mechanic was very courteous and respectful, he explained the process and was completed in a timely manor. Jamal was awesome, showed up on time and did an amazing job. Chris in sales was on point as well. The call center needs some work. There was some scheduling confusion and the call center's first action was to assign blame to another employee instead of addressing the issue and resolving it. Not a good look.
