I like the fact that precision got out right away in serviced my door on Sunday. The technician Tito was very helpful in his explanation of what was going on with my door where the problems occurred, and he also fixed a few other issues during the process so the door would have less issues in the future. I like the fact, there were three choices of service and no pressure to pick one price point.

Very pleased with the fix of my new garage door! The salesperson Chris C was prompt and worked with me to select the different options that met my needs. He pointed out that the installation was done incorrectly and spent the time to explain what was incorrect and offered cost effective solutions to ensure that it was fully operational and not another band aid in what other garage door companies have done prior. Jamal C the installer was super friendly, efficient, professional and explained the repairs clearly — what he was going to do and after what was completed. Both Chris and Jamal took the time - and then some - to answer my questions, walked me through repairs and ensured everything was functioning before leaving.

This whole experience was done on a professional level beginning with the initial phone call, setting the date and time, the arrival of the install team (Craig and Jessie were very professional and extremely talented craftsmen in doing the inspection and providing the necessary work to get our garage door up to operational performance) on time as scheduled. The cleaned up and took away the old opener along with the old springs and cables. This update has made the door function the best it has ever worked. JOB WELL DONE!!

Tito was polite, punctual and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he gave me options and didn't push for the most expensive option. He was able to perform maintenance on both garage doors even though we called for service on one opener. He was friendly with our talkative 4 year old and was patient with questions we all had. Tyler came to our house on a Saturday afternoon to fix our garage door. We asked for quotes on 3 different options. He inspected the door and wrote up the quotes. He sat with us and talked through each in detail and answered all of our questions so we could make an informed decision. We are purchasing a whole new system but he made our operable until the installation date. He was fantastic and recommend Precision to anyone who wants quality and dealing with professionals!

Prior installation of garage door at site. Brent was very friendly and helpful. He had all the parts, for a really old Genie unit and figured out how to program the keypad by reading the instructions, which is usually impossible, in my experience. He didn't do more than was necessary...didn't try to upsell me to a more expensive item...and the charges were reasonable. Overall good experience.
