The garage door would not open or close a couple of days before leaving town. It needed repaired quickly. Looking at different web sites of the companies that had good reviews, I chose to go in order but stopped at Precision because they could come out the next day. Mr. Cruz, the technician was competent, efficient, professional and personable. The door itself was okay, but all the moving parts needed to be replaced after 21 years. A look at the parts replaced, I am surprised they lasted as long as they did.The door functions better than it ever did. It wasn't just the cables purchased, but the whole system minus the door and brackets. I would highly recommend Precision and Mr. Cruz for any garage door purchase or repair.

We chose Precision because it seemed like a reputable company. We were right. Our technician, Elijah was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The spring broke on our garage door, Elijah not only checked the problem but did a thorough review of all parts of the door. Since our door was over 20 years old we decided to get many parts replaced. He gave us 3 different estimates prior to beginning his work. He completed all work promptly and neatly. Prior installation of garage door at site. Brent was very friendly and helpful. He had all the parts, for a really old Genie unit and figured out how to program the keypad by reading the instructions, which is usually impossible, in my experience. He didn't do more than was necessary...didn't try to upsell me to a more expensive item...and the charges were reasonable. Overall good experience.

I like the fact that precision got out right away in serviced my door on Sunday. The technician Tito was very helpful in his explanation of what was going on with my door where the problems occurred, and he also fixed a few other issues during the process so the door would have less issues in the future. I like the fact, there were three choices of service and no pressure to pick one price point.

Incredible job. Our technician, Tyrone, was fantastic. Had the new opener up in about two hours, replacing an old chain drive unit that dated back to about 2006. Expert work. Very patient in demonstrating all the features of the new unit. Very professional and friendly. Couldn't be happier. Recommend Precision and Tyrone very highly!
