We could not be more pleased with how our garage door is working now that Tech Christopher Brown worked on repairing it. We sadly could not afford a whole new door and system but Christopher replaced springs, pulleys, cables and wheels and made fine tuned adjustments. Mr. Tito Cruz was excellent. He carefully explained each of the needed repairs and replacements. Very personable and professional. The repairs were done efficiently and in a timely manner. The repairs and replacements were more than just springs and rollers. He added two metal braces to the garage door itself and performed other needed repairs and replacements. The door now works like new!

For a $1,100 price tag on 30K cycle springs and bearing replacement on a 2 car garage, I was expecting at least a 5–10 year warranty on the springs instead of the 1 year warranty initially offered that was inched up to 2 years.Their weak point is not standing behind a product they claim will last longer.

I was surprised at the cost of a 9' piece of steel used in the repair. The tecnician was on time and proceeded accordingly spending 30 minutes on site. The total bill of $370 surprised me for what was done. The invoice did not break down travel time, labor rate or materil cost....just a total due.
