I was impressed by the whole process. I became aware on a Sunday that my garage door spring was broken and I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. I called Precision and was given an appointment first thing Monday morning. The technician, Tito, was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, informative and efficient. I have total confidence in his work.

Christopher Evans came to the house and could see immediately what were some of the problems I had with my older garage doors. He gave me some options for correcting the problems and never pushed spending more for a lot of the issues. He did a great job and fixing my door and making it sound normal. I was very happy to be able to put my car back in the garage and I would call him again if I needed help thank you so much

We used Precision about 5 years ago and were so impressed we decided to call them again. The whole experience from calling to schedule a visit to the completion of the job was a pleasure. We received an appointment the next day. The technician, Tyler, was in communication with us before he arrived. He was very personable. He did a great job in less time than he estimated. Another thing that impressed us was that the technicians from Precision are always stocked. We have dealt with many contractors and no one was able to start and complete any job the day they arrive. They always need to come back another day. Precision really cares for their customers especially with something as important as a garage door.

Promot perfessional service by all - initial service call by Chris explained what parts needed to repair my garage door and gave me an itemized estimate. I reached out to PGD after several months of odd noises coming from our garage door when opening/closing. Our tech, Jamal Crosby, was super! He was professional to a fault and was very knowledgeable, quickly identifying our issues and giving us all of our options. He even made time to greet our dog, much to our dog's delight. The repair was made in a timely fashion, and the invoice was explained in great detail. Should we have issues in the future, I will be calling Jamal right away.

I had a very disappointing experience with Precision Garage Doors. They charged me an outrageous $1,600 just to replace the springs and rollers on one garage door, and then quoted the same amount for each of my other two doors. On top of that, they quoted me an unbelievable $4,700 to replace three garage door openers! At the time, I felt pressured and in a rush to get the work done, but even then, the pricing seemed incredibly high. Recently, I had another company replace all three garage door openers for half the cost that Precision had quoted me. During their inspection, they noted that the springs and rollers on the other two doors that Precision recommended replacing were actually in good condition, and the price Precision quoted me was vastly inflated. Precision may be easy to find in Google searches, but I strongly urge potential customers to be cautious and get multiple quotes before using them. Their prices feel completely unjustified, and I regret not doing more research before moving forward.

I had a failure in one of my two twenty-one year old garage door openers. Instead of repair (for which parts were not available), I decided to replace both. Although fairly expensive, they did a good job of explaining alternatives. Austin, my installer, did a very professional installation of the two Genie 2128B belt-drive openers with battery backup in approximately two hours. The only issue I had was that only one opener manual was provided and it did not have two Serial Number stickers, only one. I didn't realize that until I went to fill out the Genie online registration for warranty. So, I had to call and request the second S/N sticker information, for which I am currently waiting. Had it not been for this, I would have given a 5-Star rating.
