Barry was wonderful. He let me know when he was en route and, after examining the door, clearly explained what needed to be done and why. He really seems enthusiastic about his work. I was also really impressed by the lady who took the service call. She asked multiple questions about the door in advance and the entire process was extremely professional. I immediately received an email confirming the appointment and the name of the technician. I highly recommend this company.

As luck would have it, I closed my garage door with an aluminum pole protruding out of the garage. The result was the door came down on an angle, three guide wheels fell out, the track bent out and the cables came off their wheels. The next morning I called Precision Garage Door as well as another company. The first thing that attracted me to Precision was the woman (Elizabeth) whom I spoke to. She was friendly and professional. I was told I could expect the technician to arrive between 12 noon and 2 pm. Well, Barry C. showed up at about 11:45. For the next 90 minutes, Barry C. amazed me with his knowledge and expertise, not to mention, he didn't stop moving/working the whole time. Barry took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. It was quite evident that Barry took pride in what he was doing and certainly should. If I ran my own business, Barry would be the first guy I recruited. Thanks Barry C. and Precision Garage Door.

We were not happy with the service you provided. After Gary and his assistant left and we had paid $600 we discovered later in the day that the outside opener did not work. We called and got the run around that Gary could not return to fix our garage. And would fix it the next day when he returned with the battery for our door. Which was not the answer we were looking for and we certainly did not receive good customer service. Our feeling was that we had already paid $600 to your company and now your were not interested in coming back to fix the door. Finally they did return late that evening but Gary refused to get out of the car to look at what was needed to fix the door even when requested. The assistant did fix it as they did not set it up properly when here for the installation - so the door could not be opened from the outside. We also believed we were getting another Lift Master door opener to replace the one we had. But it is not and when I questioned Gary he said well "I told you that the PDS 800 was the one on the truck." Again not helpful at all and we did not know what the PDS 800 was and thought it to be a Lift Master as this was not explained to us by Gary. We have already sent your company a message on this issue and requested a return call as we were having no luck with the folks on the phone. But as of yet we have not been contacted by you. Prompt and polite. I would let your customers know about the high quality springs and their cost. It might be a good idea to offer a second choice for those who cannot afford your first tier product. I was glad to install them, some may need a less expensive alternative.
