Your technician, John, is a very learned individual. He is very pleasant and illustrates great knowledge in his field. John makes every attempt to please the customer with a smile. Needless to say, I was extremely upset prior to his arrival but when he appeared and completed the repair, he made me smile and I forgot the cost of the repair.

I had neighbors who installed precision doors and I was pleased with the quality and price. The technician was pleasant, skilled and completed the job quickly and thoroughly.

We called your company as you had previously serviced our garage doors some years back . We got an estimate for a new garage door opener but found it much more than we wanted to spend . So we bought it ourselves and had Precision install it . Still expensive but we wanted it done right by a professional . We were very pleased with your technician Francisco who took the time to explain the new features and answered questions politely . We would recommend your company based on his service and your quick response to schedule the appointment the next day .

I selected Precision because of the reviews I read. Barry was the gentleman who serviced my garage door opener. He did an excellent job. He was very efficient and thorough at his job and explanation of the problem and how it could be repaired. I will recommend and use your company again when need be.

Barry was the service tech that came to assess my door problem (broken torsion spring) on Friday and ordered the part that came in quickly and was installed Monday by Sherman who showed up in the snow and ice (wasn't expecting that and would understand if he hadn't) but he came in and got the job done quickly!! Both Barry and Sherman are great guys professional and courteous! And not to forget the receptionist (I think a lot of people do) that gets the job started!! Thank you. THANKS TO ALL! Will definitely refer precision door to anyone who asks!! Steve Lewis

This is the second time I have used Precision garage door service. The service guy was professional and knowledgeable. He laid out the options to me, finished his work in a timely manner, and even wiped the few finger marks left on the outside of the garage door before he left. Highly satisfied with this company so far. Would contact them again for future needs.

Thank you Precision and Barry for your service call today. No repair was necessary, since it turns out, I didn’t understand all the features of my remote which, inadvertently I locked it...thus it didn’t work. Barry very professionally explained the problem. Then to my astonishment, he said there would not be a charge. What a wonderful, professional company that I will definitely use again, should the need arise. AND...a real person answers the phone...not a recording. Just another benefit. I encourage all to use this company fir excellent service.

Fantastic service. Arrived on time. Diagnosed and explained the issue. Quoted the repair and provided no pressure to accept the service immediately (even though I did). Repair was made and demonstrated before leaving. Definitely recommend.

Amazing service from the moment I sent an email at 9:37 pm on a Saturday and got a response within 10 minutes to the moment Derrick came out to my house to replace a broken spring above the garage door. I am thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this company. They demonstrated excellent communications skills (huge on my list), offer prices that are extremely competitive (maybe even the best), and operate a professional staff of technicians (assuming all are as top-notch as Derrick). But that's not all. Derrick noticed the garage door had a slight crack along the top edge and dead center when he completed the job and was testing the operation of the spring. He immediately placed an 8' section of angle iron across the top of the door and it now opens smoother and seals tighter than it has in a long time. Great attention to detail, great customer service. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service has earned my business and loyalty.

Barry showed up at my home an hour late of the 4 hr window. Then he stated that any price I had been told during the scheduling of my appointment was incorrect and only to get my business and it would cost me $325 vs $225 I was told by the scheduling representative. When I asked Barry why it would cost $100 more he stated he didn’t like the vibe and he took his assistant and left. No explanation, no consultation, no negotiation. If you get Barry as the person installing your product, I might reconsider.

This is a five star company. Yesterday, Doug installed our new garage doors and Jeff finished out the door surround in cellular PVC. Both Doug and Jeff did their jobs professionally, efficiently and to perfection. Based on the work of these two employees, the company should be renamed to "Precision and Perfection Garage Doors."

Very friendly and a nice quality product. Would be 5 stars but eye-balling the straps made them ever so slightly off. I am probably the only one who has noticed this and would gladly recommend the company.

I called Precision at 8am on a Monday morning. Spoke to a live person in less than a minute without having to sift through any kind of menu system. She was courteous, friendly and able to quickly set up an appointment for a technician to repair my broken torsion spring. Incredibly, the appointment was between 10am and noon on this same day. Technician (Barry) called around 9:30am and asked if it was OK if he arrived a bit earlier. I told him it was OK and he arrived less than 10 minutes later. Barry quickly reviewed the garage door, opener and environment and provided an estimate. I signed off for Precision to perform the work and they replaced the springs and related hardware in roughly 15 minutes. I am quite pleased with the response time of Precision, the apparent quality of the new hardware and the capability and friendliness of its employees. I would certainly recommend this company to others for garage door services.
