Barry was the service tech that came to assess my door problem (broken torsion spring) on Friday and ordered the part that came in quickly and was installed Monday by Sherman who showed up in the snow and ice (wasn't expecting that and would understand if he hadn't) but he came in and got the job done quickly!! Both Barry and Sherman are great guys professional and courteous! And not to forget the receptionist (I think a lot of people do) that gets the job started!! Thank you. THANKS TO ALL! He laid out the options to me, finished his work in a timely manner, and even wiped the few finger marks left on the outside of the garage door before he left. Amazing service from the moment I sent an email at 9:37 pm on a Saturday and got a response within 10 minutes to the moment Derrick came out to my house to replace a broken spring above the garage door. I am thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this company. They demonstrated excellent communications skills (huge on my list), offer prices that are extremely competitive (maybe even the best), and operate a professional staff of technicians (assuming all are as top-notch as Derrick). But that's not all. Derrick noticed the garage door had a slight crack along the top edge and dead center when he completed the job and was testing the operation of the spring. He immediately placed an 8' section of angle iron across the top of the door and it now opens smoother and seals tighter than it has in a long time. Great attention to detail, great customer service. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service has earned my business and loyalty.

Barry showed up at my home an hour late of the 4 hr window. Then he stated that any price I had been told during the scheduling of my appointment was incorrect and only to get my business and it would cost me $325 vs $225 I was told by the scheduling representative. When I asked Barry why it would cost $100 more he stated he didn’t like the vibe and he took his assistant and left. No explanation, no consultation, no negotiation. If you get Barry as the person installing your product, I might reconsider.

This is a five star company. Yesterday, Doug installed our new garage doors and Jeff finished out the door surround in cellular PVC. Both Doug and Jeff did their jobs professionally, efficiently and to perfection. Based on the work of these two employees, the company should be renamed to "Precision and Perfection Garage Doors."

I called Precision at 8am on a Monday morning. Spoke to a live person in less than a minute without having to sift through any kind of menu system. She was courteous, friendly and able to quickly set up an appointment for a technician to repair my broken torsion spring. Incredibly, the appointment was between 10am and noon on this same day. Technician (Barry) called around 9:30am and asked if it was OK if he arrived a bit earlier. I told him it was OK and he arrived less than 10 minutes later. Barry quickly reviewed the garage door, opener and environment and provided an estimate. I signed off for Precision to perform the work and they replaced the springs and related hardware in roughly 15 minutes. I am quite pleased with the response time of Precision, the apparent quality of the new hardware and the capability and friendliness of its employees. I would certainly recommend this company to others for garage door services.

Torsion spring on our door failed trapping our car inside with door too heavy to lift safely. Precision was able to get a technician out that afternoon who did a top quality job with top quality parts fixing several problems including replacing the spring. The door and opener were adjusted and work perfectly. Barry, the technician, explained everything he was doing and what the charges would be. Barry was a pleasure to work with and cleaned up when the job was done.

The service was top notch! The representative, Barry, showed up right at the beginning of the service window. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in a timely manner. When he learned we had a baby taking a nap at the time he arrived he even used manual tools to perform the work instead of his power tools so as not to wake him up. That's putting the customer first!
