First let me start by saying Barry is a fantastic technician! Our garage door has the over the top torsion spring, and when it broke I did not feel comfortable repairing it myself. I called Precision on a Tuesday, expecting to have to wait a few days for a repair, yet they were available as early as next day for a regular non emergency repair! It surprised me as I had made myself free only on that Saturday but good to know they are easily available. Barry came out Saturday and instantly knew what he needed to do and what needed replacing in addition to our spring. I highly recommend Precision! Thanks again Barry!

Our increasingly erratic garage door finally refused to open. Garry's diagnosis was not that the opener had failed, as we thought, but was due to the incorrect size springs that had been put there by another garage door company. Everything now works so much better than it ever has.

Garry was fantastic!!! We needed to have our torsion spring replaced. He arrived on time, laid out all the options for us without any sort of high pressure sales pitch and above all was extremely friendly. He completed the repairs quickly and even cleaned the inside of our garage door. I have nothing but high praise about the service we received. At some point in time in the future I am going to need a new garage door and when that time comes, I will be calling Precision to install the door.

Mike C. did a great job. He called when he was in 15 minutes from my home. Went beyond the repair to oil my door and replace a light bulb that saved me (or my husband) from another task. Polite, professional and explained well whatever I asked. Well done.

Not a very good experience. It was a very short phone call after the repair person reviewed the work, I asked for a detailed written estimate for the required work and parts, was told he was going to give it, but have not received anything.

I spoke with our technician, who stated he called on the way. You were not at home, and told him what was wrong. You told him to leave, as you felt the price was high. He asked that you pay the service call, which you refused. Our technicians are paid by the job, so he made no money coming out to your house.

It started off with me calling different companies to have someone come out to give an estimate. Reading reviews and speaking with the companies themselves and looking at BBB ratings. Precision had very good reviews and A+ ratings with BBB and their staff answering the phones were very professional. UNLIKE ALL of the other companies in the area I called that serviced Annapolis. This is one of the main reasons I chose them. Alan was our technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable when asked questions. He did a great job in a very timely manner and I would highly recommend this company and Alan to anyone of my good friends. Great job and keep up the good work.

Don't know if my wife already provide a feedback but I was very pleased with the results and the professional and know how attitude from your technician. I will use you guys again. On another note we need a weather strip for the bottom of our garage door and someone was suppose to get back to us on this. Please provide a place to pick up or how to get the strip. Called in for a service call since my existing garage door opener was broken. Barry came out on time, and gave me a half hour heads up on his arrival time. He assessed the issue, and provided several options, including replacing the garage door opener. Upon selecting a new opener, he had it installed within a hour. The install was professional, and works great. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone requiring a service call or new garage door opener.

Trustworthy, honest company providing great service. I had a repair done only weeks earlier and was told I needed a whole new door and opener. This was my first garage problem so I didn't know who to call so I did a Google search and found your site. The design of the site and the reviews made me feel your company would be the best for me. When I called for an appointment the person I spoke with was very friendly and professional. My call was later in the evening and I was told I would have a technician at my home around noon the next day. Barry called me to say he was on his way and arrived before noon. Barry was very customer centric and suggested different levels for repairing my door. I was amazed at how quickly he repaired my garage door and the quality of his work. He showed me in detail what he did and even showed me the old parts. I will certainly use your service again if needed and would request Barry. I will also recommend your company to others that may also have a door problem.
