We have used this service before and have been satisfied. This time though the tech you sent, Craig, was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and a consummate professional. For all future servicing needs we intend to use Craig. Kudos for doing such a great job!

The repair team arrived on time, quickly assessed the repairs and costs, and performed the repairs in the time estimated. This is my second experience with Precision Garage Door Service and both have been most pleasant.

When the garage door opener that Precision installed for me a couple of years ago stopped working, I called and their technicians came out to fix the problem the next morning. They did a fine job and completed the task in less than 30 minutes.

Craig (and his trainee, Chris) were excellent and provided outstanding customer service. They arrived on time with an advance text notice!!! They diagnosed the problem and fixed it while they were there. They also offered professional diagnostic services as well as offering options and time estimates for keeping my garage doors operating correctly/safely in the future!!! I will use Precision again and recommend them to my neighbors!

What a great experience! The two gentleman that serviced the garage door mechanics were both amiable and knowledgeable. They informed me of what went wrong, what the fox was (both short term & long term) and were able to fix it on the spot. They are both a credit to your company.

Craig and Jamie were knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job! They called before coming and showed up exactly when they said they would. Craig had installed a new motor last September and now he and Jamie installed a new extremely quiet replacement system for the 42 year old springs……one which broke the other day. I would Highly recommend Your company (and Craig and Jamie specifically) for prompt, professional and efficient garage door work.

Craig and his team did a great job fixing our 12’ garage door that had a cable issue. He even went above and beyond by installing a new controller board in our broken door opener motor that I had ordered sometime ago. Five stars.

Precision Garage Door was highly recommended by neighbors here in Chatam in Baltimore. Mr. Craig A. Taylor was very professional and very efficient. Mr. Taylor called ahead of time and was here promptly, with an excellent quick response. He explained every step of the process and was very clear and professional. Expectations were met and the problem was solved.

I did a Google search for garage door repair & found Precision. I noticed that the support rails on the door near the motor appeared to be broken. I was very pleased with my technician, Craig, who was very polite and professional. I didn't expect the cost of the repair & I forgot to request a discount through AAA or for being a senior citizen

I highly recommend Precision, especially for us elderly people because they tell you the truth. There is no bait and switch. Mr. Craig was an excellent technician. He said "you don't need this, but you do need that." Or "this will take 15 minutes or 1-1/2" and that's what it took. More important they are nice and respectful. That very important to me. My last LiftMaster was 19 years old and still running great, but I wanted an update and backup battery install because electricity goes out a lot around here. Grade = A+.
