If I had filled this out based on just the technician visit by Jay, it would’ve been 5 stars across the board. However, I just received news from Precision Door that, instead of the promised “mid-week this week” installation, I’m now waiting till 6 May for installation. No good reason given for the delay. Precision Door shouldn’t make promises it can’t keep. This isn’t in Jay as I’m confident he wouldn’t promise something he didn’t hear from HQ.

I had springs replaced over 10 years ago by Precision. Still going strong! I was told and witnessed that my 20 year old door opener system needed much repair work to bring it back on line. I was told of three options that I could pursue. I selected a middle option by choosing to go with a new Liftmaster opener and belt system (without back up battery option). The technicians (Chris Brown and his assistant) did an excellent job on the install and told me about all the features that came with my new opener. The MyQ app is great. The opener even has a security camera. I strongly recommend Precison to anyone with garage door issues !

Just had Jay Constantine from Precision Garage Door come out to fix my noisy garage door and install a new opener. Couldn't be happier with the service! He really knew his stuff and took the time to explain everything to me before getting started. The tune-up made such a difference - no more squeaking and shaking when it opens. Jay did a great job with the new opener installation and made sure all the remotes, the keypad, and wall controller were working perfectly before he left. He even showed me how to program everything myself if I need to in the future. Super professional, got everything done efficiently, and cleaned up after. Definitely recommend Jay and Precision Garage Door Service of Central Maryland if you need any garage door work done!

Jay was fantastic!! The entire experience with Precision was great. Scheduling from their webpage was easy. The text and email letting me know Jay was on his way (and Jay’s call) were very thoughtful. The information from the company about Jay was a nice touch, too (discovered he’s a volunteer firefighter, for example). The service once Jay arrived was top-notch, too. He quickly assessed the problem, gave a crystal-clear explanation and ball-park estimate. Then worked up a detailed estimate, and showed me wear and tear on the parts to confirm what did and didn’t need replacement. I only wish ALL service experiences were as good as I received today from Precision and Jay.

I want to thank Precision Garage Doors for their speedy service (same day on a weekend) and the excellent job Jamal did. He gave us recommendations for both repair of our existing issues compared with replacement with a new system, went over the pros and cons given the age of our original components and did the repairs in record time. Our doors work great now and recommend considering them for your garage door needs.

I called on Saturday after Christmas because the cable in 1 of the garage doors had snapped and Precision sent a tech out the next Moroni g. On Sunday morning, Jay arrived promptly at 8 am, inspected both doors, provided me with an estimate to repair them and was able to complete all the work that morning! YOUR TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME. HE SURVEYED THE PROBLEM. CHRIS SHOWED IN DETAIL WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO FIX IT. I WAS TOLD WHAT THE COST WOULD BE. I contacted Precision Door Service to repair my garage door opening system. Within a couple of hours, Mr. Jamal Crosby showed up at the door. Came home from Thanksgiving to a busted garage door, cables all tangled up, stuck closed, nothing you could do about it. Was a bummer way to cap off a great holiday. Called Precision Garage Door, and they had a tech out right away. Jamal Crosby was great, diagnosed the problem quickly, found the most cost effective way to fix it, and took care of the issue in a timely manner. Did great QA, tested everything multiple times, and even looked at my other door to make sure it wasn't going to break the same way. Overall 5 start experience, would call again if something broke.
