One of the springs on my garage door broke at 12:;30 on a Friday afternoon. Called Precision and they were able to schedule a technician for 3 - 5 p.m. He arrived at 3, diagnosed the problem and installed new springs and rollers in 1 hour. Derrick E was extremely knowledgeable and seemed very experienced. I will definitely be calling Precision in the future for any garage door needs.

Rick was on time. Friendly and professional. He explained what he would do to fix the garage door and the costs. Basically he installed new springs which have a 5 year warranty. He was here and gone in less than 1/2 hour.

The gentleman that came out to service our garage door was amazing. He was very professional and ending up helping us with the problem very quickly and realizing it was a breaker that was flipped and didn't try to sell us on it being something else. He immediately knew what was wrong and looked for the best value for us, no selling up tactics that I have seen in other garage door vendors. Thank you for fixing my garage door opener. But the price for the part replaced was too expensive. The price for "GEAR & SPROCKET ( CHAIN )" was $250. But I can find the same thing at $19 on Amazon. I understand it is usually higher than the regular price and maybe it includes your labor charge. But that's still too much...
