Every time I have used this company, I have always been extremely pleased with the employees. From the office to the installers, everyone is so professional and efficient. They explain everything in detail and their prices are very competitive, but their service puts them over the top, in my opinion.

I called Precision on Friday afternoon and the service technician, Rick, was at my house in approximately 15 minutes. He diagnosed my garage door problem, installed a new garage door opener, programmed our vehicles to the new unit, and was very friendly, professional, informative, and helpful. Have used Precision a couple times. Both were very pleasant experiences. I feel they not only did the required work, they went above and beyond the minimum to enhance the final result and leave a lasting positive impression. Previously had used another company of “fast talking shills” who did a minimum repair but a major price scam. Precision was total opposite - excellent work repair experience with a special noteworthy performance by service rep Derek (spelling?).
