Both the Estimator as well as the Service Technician were on time, courteous and knowledgeable about the product line as well as solutions to our garage door problem. I called Precision on Friday afternoon and the service technician, Rick, was at my house in approximately 15 minutes. He diagnosed my garage door problem, installed a new garage door opener, programmed our vehicles to the new unit, and was very friendly, professional, informative, and helpful. Have used Precision a couple times. Both were very pleasant experiences. I feel they not only did the required work, they went above and beyond the minimum to enhance the final result and leave a lasting positive impression. Previously had used another company of “fast talking shills” who did a minimum repair but a major price scam. Precision was total opposite - excellent work repair experience with a special noteworthy performance by service rep Derek (spelling?).
