I saw the Precision advertisement in the value pak and I was impressed that they don't charge service charge for estimate, even if on weekends or nights. I called and the phone was answered by a live person who quickly scheduled an appt. for me on Sunday morning. Bobby called before he arrived and was quite professional and friendly. He assessed problem and carefully explained short and long-term options for us to consider. He was patient with my many questions and used his knowledge to thoroughly explain the proposed repairs. If we have any problems in the future, we'll definitely call Precision back!!

Tyler and Jared were great! They even offered to bring me coffee/breakfast while en route! That’s mighty cool! They were polite, professional, friendly, and informative. I was given three choices regarding the solutions they could provide and the one that I chose was a perfect fit. I’ll recommend these guys and this company until the cows come home! Very happy in our selection of Precision Garage door. It was a fine choice…

My main reason for calling this company was to replace/repair my exterior keypad for my garage door opener, which the technician was not able to do due to the age of the garage door opener model especially the motor. I am not reducing my rating because of this since it was outside of the options available to the technician. My secondary reason was to check and do maintenance on the springs, which the technician did quickly. The technician wrote up estimates for replacing the opener motor and reviewed them with me. I will be receiving them via email soon. The technician was very courteous, professional, and helpful. He also arrived within the pre-scheduled appointment time.

Jamal arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our garage door setup. Having bought the house a few years ago, We had several different ages on our door, track and motor. Jamal did a top to bottom adjustment, cleaned and greased the moving parts, provided new remotes for three cars and made sure everything worked perfectly. Great service.

Our 35-YO garage door needed spring replacements. My husband was able to call, on Sunday (!), to arrange an appointment for Monday morning. Jay came on time, took a look at the door and made several suggestions of possible additional repairs/replacements due to the age of the door and its components. Since we've only had the springs replaced since the door was initially installed, I took Jay up on the most logical suggestion for this visit. BTW--Jay did not pressure me to make any decision or commitment. I appreciated the way he explained things to me. "If I talked to my mom, I would say..." Kudos to Jay for a job well done!

I happened to luck into finding Precision Garage Door Service and boy it was GREAT luck. The service technician, Tito, was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He performed the 25 point inspection on both garage doors and fixed the issues with the door I hit with my car. Both doors are running better than when installed! Thank you Tito!

I had a coupon from Precision. So, I called this morning and Tavon came at around 1pm. He was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. Ended up paying more than I had expected but realize that it was fair for what needed to be replaced after 12 years. I would certainly recommend Precision. Thank you!

Just moved back into the area and my new (older) house garage door was in need. I immediately contacted Precision because I’ve depended on them for over 30 years in two previous homes. Chris was fantastic. I already had a sense of what the door needed. He thoroughly evaluated the door and motor. Set the limit switches, adjusted the springs, replaced cracked hinges and replaced the rollers installed in the dark ages. And he put on a new bottom seal. All this while it’s snowing! Every Precision tech I’ve ever had has been fantastic. Plus, the price fell in line with my expectations. Can’t recommend you enough! The tuneup is just what I needed. Thanks!

Had a very good experience with a service tech. His name was Jay and he was very helpful in fixing my door. He explained things in a very simple way and even took time to make drawings of the problem. I would strongly recommend this man in my community to do the work on other people. You have a good man in Jay. Semper Fi.

I was impressed by the (same day service, completely stocked trucks.) I had already purchased two new Genie openers and when we opened the box I noticed the rail & belt were not as heavy duty as I expected they would be. Bobby said he had a couple heavy duty ones in his truck and I looked at it for half -a -second and asked him to install it. THANKS for stocked trucks & a Great service man. THANKS, JOE

Our garage door broke off the wall jamming our garage door and bending lots of the metal frame . Precision is open 24/7and took my call on a Sunday night . They were at our house 8 am the next morning , evaluate and did the entire job in 3 hours .. Charles was great and respectful of us and our home. He did a great job putting things together , and in a way he recommended that we shouldn’t have any trouble with the door . Thank you Precision !!
