I called around 7PM to schedule a repair to my broken double garage door. After speaking with Anthony, he was able to schedule my repair the next morning which I found to be extremely terrific. This was only the beginning of a fantastic experience with a contractor. Christopher Brown came the next day as scheduled, to fix my garage door. From the start he was professional and as we talked, he showed he was friendly, appreciative and knew his garage doors. After a thorough inspection of my broken door, he provided me with 4 estimates ranging from bare minimum to replacing all moving parts. He went over them slowly and explained each one very well. He wasn't trying to sell me any one of them which was appreciated by me. After agreeing on an option, he got right to work. He took no breaks and was constantly working. It was a big job to me but not to him. I watched some of his work and he definitely knew what he was doing. Within 2 hours he had finished. He then explained each part that he had replaced, how to perform maintenance and the 3 year warranty. After a demo of the now-working door, he explained the invoice and I happily paid it. I thanked him and he did the same after I told him how good he is at his job. I was very impressed by Chris and felt compelled to write this so he can get recognized as an excellent employee and person. He is a huge asset to your company in more ways than one. This whole experience was done on a professional level beginning with the initial phone call, setting the date and time, the arrival of the install team (Craig and Jessie were very professional and extremely talented craftsmen in doing the inspection and providing the necessary work to get our garage door up to operational performance) on time as scheduled. The cleaned up and took away the old opener along with the old springs and cables. This update has made the door function the best it has ever worked. JOB WELL DONE!!

The entire process was really wonderful. Scott, in scheduling, was very courteous & kind. Austin, the repair technician, was informative and helpful. They both are good people. When I called to schedule the work at 1PM on Saturday, January 11th, I was informed a tech would be out between 3-7 PM. Austin arrived around 5 & was finished installing the new springs & cables by 6:30. He even replaced 2 screws that were missing. I highly recommend Precision to help you with your garage door needs. I had called Saturday afternoon after 4 PM asking if there is any one available to replace cables on my garage doors. The receptionist was kind, courteous, and professional. Was informed there was nothing for today, but there was availability tomorrow between 10 and two. Which I accepted. Sunday morning Christopher texted me then within 10 minutes. He called to tell me he was on his way and he’d arrive at 10:30. He arrived on time which was extremely refreshing. I informed him what I needed done. He provided an estimate. Then proceeded to work. Was extremely professional, courteous, and patient as I asked questions for clarifications for my understanding. He never stopped working and he was done by noon. I will recommend this services to family, friends and coworkers.

The work done on the garage door was great! Very satisfied! However, the accounting piece of the transaction was not good. I was charged double from what i was supposed to pay and it left me a little stunned, disturbed, and somewhat upset.

Precision Garage did an outstanding job of replacing our old LiftMaster door opener, updating the rolling hardware and spring on the old garage door. They responded quickly to the request, and their auto-text feature let us know the technician was on his way. In addition, he called to advise arrival time. The door opener installation and other repairs (new spring and rollers) were done in a reasonable time, and the technician left no mess or debris for us to clean up. The new LiftMaster system is incredibly quiet, and the door no longer hangs up on lowering due to whatever heat or mis-match or wear issues that had been affecting the system. We are very pleased and would use Precision Garage again for repair and maintenance on our opener.

I called them based on a recommendation from Genie brand garage doors because my opener lights went out. When they arrived, they said they couldn't fix the lights and offered to replace the motor for $899. When I declined, they offered to service the door for $250. I explained that I didn't call for that reason, but they kept pushing, asking how much I could spend, and offering to break the cost into payments. They even mentioned lowering the price if they called their manager, but they wanted to know how much I was willing to spend. Prior to them leaving, I searched for my replacement motor, which was $199, and a brand new unit for $300; when I advised of the cost, he said that I had to include labor. I said $700 for labor!? When I declined and said I would call back if I wanted the service, they unexpectedly handed me a $60 bill for the visit. This behavior was only from the main technician, Chris, who seemed focused on getting as much money from me as possible. I would not recommend their service again.

Craig and his team did a great job fixing our 12’ garage door that had a cable issue. He even went above and beyond by installing a new controller board in our broken door opener motor that I had ordered sometime ago. Five stars.
