These guys did an excellent job to our 25 year old door. The original call was for a broken spring but after doing an inspection found cable frayed and due to the age of the door, suggested to replace the rollers and end and center bearings and drums. This is not the first spring replaced in the 25 years of operation but we will be replacing it every 10 years or so do to our vehicles and some equipment we need to get in and out of the garage , the door weighs about 350-400 lbs. so not able to manually lift it. We will be using Precision Doors in the future. Kudos to Nicolas and his associate Dj for a job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!

Elisha was our technician. He was very thorough in explaining all the technical aspects and explaining it in layman's terms (which was much appreciated). The pricing was definitely more than we expected but once again Elisha explained it all in ways to make it very understandable. We are still in the process of seeking other bids.

I have seen their commercial many times on TV and I had issues with my garage door and I decided to give precision a call. And I was not disappointed. They did an excellent job, very friendly and the mechanic on scene knew his craft very well. I would highly recommend their service as in my opinion. It was excellent.

Technician showed up on time & did an efficient job of replaced two door sweeps, replaced all rollers, added a cable through the spring to meet code to prevent springs snapping loose to cause ijnjury or damage a vehicle for two doors & replaced the two doors pulleys. This review tool doesn't allow me to show the number of different parts he replaced so I picked rollers only, but as you read, you understand he did more. He was very neat about his work area and cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend this tech and Precision Garage Door Service of Baltimore.

Nick was a great installer - came on time, very professional, and did not try to oversell. The new garage door opener is quiet and works perfectly. We really appreciate that Nick set up both our cars for opening the garage door.

I am typically sceptical of doing business with a company that undertakes extensive advertising. However, I was most impressed by the excellence of the work performed by Elijah Bowman, who repaired a complex problem with one of my garage doors. Elijah was personable and professional, and we had a good time discussing Ravens football during his visit. I give an unreserved recommendation to the company.

This is my second time using Precision Garage Door Company. This morning Tavon Flowers came to our rescue by replacing the hinges, spring, cables and rollers on the garage door. His work ethic was outstanding! He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be done. He made sure that everything was in working order before he left. I would definitely call Precision Garage Door Company again if needed.

We needed immediate garage service and Precision sent technician Bobby the next day, on a hot Saturday. It was clear we needed significant repair & replacement of numerous garage door components. Bobby provided a thorough explanation and options for our choice. His truck was fully equipped to complete all replacements and repairs at this appointment. We are very pleased with the promptness, the completed work, the needed upgrades, the Warrenty, and the professionalism shown by Bobby.
