From the first call with Jill to the final installment with Jay everything was handled in the most respectful and professional way. Our garage door would not open. Our regular garage door service company could not come for 24 hrs or so. I remember seeing precision ad on tv. I called and a service rep Jay was there in less than 3 hrs. Overall good experience. I called one morning just for information and by the end of the day I had my new opener installed. Checked that project off my to do list. The tech, Tito was great. He was doing lifting that really needed two people. By the time he was done and pulling out you would have never known that he was there. Left the garage straight and clean.
