Original install of garage door was on 3/10/2025. The techician arrived several hours later than the schedule time of the appt time frame. Additionally, he backed in my garage frame with his truck causing damage and did not install the door correctly nor complete the weather striping work around the door. After reporting this to the company a manager came out to my home unannounced and apologized for the poor work, pointed out several errors in the installation and advised that he and the install tech would be back to correct job (mentioned that it would be a learning experience for the tech). The repair were scheduled for 4/10/25 between 8-10am for repairs to my damaged garage frame during install; completion and adjustment of garage door that was not completed during the original install and install of framing in garage windows. On 4/10/25 the technician came after 4pm to only installed the frames into the window which were poorly installed. The tech never knocked on my door or acknowledged he was there. This was the second occurance where I was given a timeframe and the technician arrived several hours pass the given time and did not complete quality work nor finish the job. I've taken off work twice now to have been this company not arrive on time nor give me any sort of notice that they were running late. Additionally I never received any official invoice or breakdown of payment and materials from the company in which I was advised would be emailed to me.

Scheduling same-day service was quick & confirmed by email; technician (Tavon) called when on the way & arrived early; diagnosed problem & explained repair options, costs and warranties. Tavon completed the work, cleaned-up, explained what had been done, and tested the door operation. Tavon earned the 5-Star rating and I would use and also recommend Precision again.

I called at 11 am and was given a same day appointment between 1&3 pm. Then at 11:30 I was called by my technician Tavon. He was 20 minutes out if that worked for me, which it did. Tavon was knowledgeable about the issue at hand. Asked insightful questions to ensure he was not missing any important information. He did an exceptional job!

Excellent experience! Scheduling appointment was very easy and lots of options. Received email and text confirmations after scheduling and a call from technician on way to house. Even was texted a bio of the technician. Tayvon was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what the issue was with our problem (spring), and how to resolve our issue. He outlined in great detail what the steps were and my options. He very thoroughly explained the different motor options as well. He showed the different specs with our spring issue and eventually went over the pricing options. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician and person to deal with. Tayvon will be my go-to whenever we have to do something with our garage again.

The technicians Tavon and Ron fixed the broken spring on our garage door and got the door working like new. Evidently the original springs were slightly undersized, which probably led to the break. I was able to book them right away and they had everything to fix the door on their truck. They were very knowledgeable, clear communicators, and polite. I would definitely call them again!

Tavon provided prompt, excellent customer service and work on our garage door after the spring broke. He walked me through his service proposal and I felt very confident with his recommendations. It was so convenient to book an online appointment before their office opened and have a technician come out within 15 minutes of the start of the appointment window. Great communication with Tavon via phone as well as automated email and text when he was within 5 minutes of our home.
