I had a coupon from Precision. So, I called this morning and Tavon came at around 1pm. He was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. He wasn’t pushy on making me get the service but told me what I needed. What I liked was you had a choice of the best, better or good. Called your shop late yesterday morning. Was told tech would arrive between 3:30 & 7:30. Charles was at the house at around 4:15. He was finished installing a new opener assembly and on his way by 6:30. Great job Charles, I highly recommend your company.
