I chose Precision because I had a garage door replaced last year and was happy with the results. Recently I had a problem with the garage door closing properly. After the technician checked the door, he advised that he needed a part and would return the next day. Somehow a communication occurred and the return date didn’t get into the schedule. After my call, everything was handled very well. Thanks to the technician for everything. I would recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.

I used the services from Precision several years ago. The job performance was superior. I did not think of using any other company when we recently detected problems with our garage door. The two technicians who came today were outstanding. They are truly assets to your company. Thank-you for a job well done. Charles Pergerson

My experience with Precision was nothing but stellar! Tyrone and Tyler arrived ON TIME and was very respectable to my property! They explained everything before performing and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need! After the work was completed, everything was tested out, and I was asked if things were done to my satisfaction. That is great customer service! I will definitely use precision again and again, and recommend them to my friends!

Your company exceeded my expectations from the minute (Amanda) answered the telephone as I requested my initial service She was very professional and polite. When Tyler J arrived and began his site inspection and we had a quick conversation I knew I was in good hands. He was beyond professional, polite, and knowledgeable that put me quite at ease. I cannot say enough good things about Tyler J. In my opinion Tyler J is quite an asset to your company. He throughly explained the operation of the door and then made his recommendation. He went over everything one by one and wanted to know if I had any further questions. I did not, and requested he proceed ad described

We used Precision about 5 years ago and were so impressed we decided to call them again. The whole experience from calling to schedule a visit to the completion of the job was a pleasure. We received an appointment the next day. The technician, Tyler, was in communication with us before he arrived. He was very personable. He did a great job in less time than he estimated. Another thing that impressed us was that the technicians from Precision are always stocked. We have dealt with many contractors and no one was able to start and complete any job the day they arrive. They always need to come back another day. Precision really cares for their customers especially with something as important as a garage door.

Tyler and Jared were great! They even offered to bring me coffee/breakfast while en route! That’s mighty cool! They were polite, professional, friendly, and informative. I was given three choices regarding the solutions they could provide and the one that I chose was a perfect fit. I’ll recommend these guys and this company until the cows come home! Very happy in our selection of Precision Garage door. It was a fine choice…

Tyler and the team were incredible. He called on his way to our house and even asked if we needed any snack from the gas station while he was there. He sent an awesome text message about himself before arriving that made us feel like we had a friend coming to work on the garage and not a 3rd party vendor. And, Tyler and the team were super professional and did a great job providing options for our repair. Highly recommend these guys.

I can’t begin to say how pleased I am with the repair of my garage door. The technician, Tyler, could not have been any more polite, courteous and professional. He and his partner were on time made very quick work on the needed repairs. Tyler presented me with three repair options and at no time attempted to upsell any additional work or parts. I called to schedule the repair and they were here the very next day. I would absolutely recommend Precision and Tyler for any garage door needs. Exceptional customer service. Thank you Precision and Tyler.

Where to start, I purchased a Garage door from these guys via their sales guy Fred. That said up until he sealed the deal on a $24,000 residential garage door he was Johnny on the spot. From the moment the contract was signed it’s been a S Show. It’s been about a year since signing and here I am sitting, waiting for a call or them to show up to fix the door. It’s been a nightmare experience. I would not recommend this company. They are there up until you sign that contract. Horrible experience doesn’t even start to explain the issues we have had.
