Excellent experience with Precision. The technician (Jay C) was awesome - very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jay was very informative, answering all of questions. He got the job done quickly, and everything's working perfectly. There was a slight mistake on the final invoice, regarding the warranty. One quick email, and the office staff quickly fixed it and sent me a corrected invoice. All around great experience. One con: this fairly simple job was extremely pricey. You get what you pay for, I guess. If you want your door fixed right, Precision is the way to go - just be prepared some some serious sticker shock.

We were stuck with 2 broken garage door springs in the morning with no way to open the garage door-Precision was able to make it to our house by that evening and the technician assessed the issue and had us back up and running in the next hour or so-you couldn’t beat that kind of service! Our technician was very knowledgeable and kept us updated on everything he was doing to correct our problem-thanks!

I had a an existing garage door modified about a year ago by Precision, to a torsion spring setup. Although it was somewhat expensive in my opinion, the technician was very professional and did a great job. Fast forward to this year, a little more than a year after the installation. I was having an issue with my garage door opener not working. I discovered that the door would not stay open when I tried to open it manually (with the opener disengaged.) I called the company to have a technician come out and adjust the spring tension. When I called, the woman at Precision courteously set me up an appointment for the next day. The technician came out at the very beginning of the four-hour time slot, pushed my car out of the way so he could work ( I had forgotten to move it, and my wife was having trouble as it was a stick shift) and balanced the door. I wasn’t home at the time, but when I can home I tested it out. The door is well-balanced and very easily opens and closes, and stays open and closed when it’s supposed to. Additionally, they didn’t charge me for the service, as it was still under warranty. I am completely satisfied with the product and the support. Fantastic service!

I was very pleased with my technician Toto. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My garage doors open so smoothly, in a power outage I can disconnect the door with the emergency pull rope and easily open the door by hand. No more calling a neighbor!

Garage door repair: 2 springs replaced I was extremely satisfied with the same day service and very impressed with the repair technician, Keith. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient in quickly diagnosing the problem and solving the problem (worn springs) with materials on his truck. I am, however, disappointed in the fact that the same springs I previously had replaced by this company had a 10 year warranty (and lasted 12.5 years), now have only a 3 year warranty!

Chris the repairman called before arriving and was on time. Chris was kind, cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful. Replaced my door's bottom seal and saved me money. What more could I ask for!
