Fantastic service! Called at 4pm the day before and the garage door was fixed the next day by 11pm. Repair technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of time and costs!

Service was excellent. However, there was definitely false advertising on the part of your company. When I chatted with your rep, I was told that the parts installed had a lifetime warrantly. However, when the technician finally arrived, after waiting most of the day, he stated that the parts were only warranteed for 3 years. If I did not already wasted an entire day waiting for your tech, I would have opted for another service company. As it is, I succumbed to not wasting another day and reluctantly took your service.

Mike the service tech called me to inform me he was on his way.. he was here between the hours they said they would be here. When Mike showed up he was here for about 30 minutes had my new garage door spring hooked up garage door running.Great company to do business with I appreciate your help you were here within 24 hours and my garage door is up and running.Great company to do business with. The entire experience, from the visit of your sales rep, to the actual installation was extremely professional and expedient. The sales rep fully explained the choices and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, which fit our calendar perfectly. The installer arrived precisely on time and was the model of courtesy and professionalism. Watching him work, it was obvious that he knew his craft as there was not a wasted motion in the entire process. He even went above and beyond by installing the electric safety eyes for the opener that had never been installed properly. Kudos to the entire Precision Door Service team. I will gladly recommend your services to any and all. Well Done.

Overall, the Service Technicians called ahead of time and arrived within the window that they stated. They asked the situation, addressed it, and installed the necessary components to fix it. The fix was done in a professional and timely fashion. They made me aware of the upfront cost before they fixed it, and showed me how to maintain it for the best results.

We were very happy with the service. Derrick is very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and laid out the repair options and associated costs - no surprises. He even went above the call of duty adjusting my second garage door by standing on the seat of my riding mower since I hadn't cleared out that side of the garage. Doesn't get any better than that. For future repairs or an all out upgrade when the time comes we will call Precision.

Technician was professional, honest, and explained everything thoroughly. I greatly appreciate the candor, and not trying to make me spend more than I needed to. It was a quick fix, that will probably only last a few years, but when it comes time for replacement, I will definitely be a return customer!
