There was a problem with the garage door opener installed at the beginning of the year. Your technician was very polite and resolved the problem. Due to the fact that it was still under warranty there was no charge.

Very professional from the answering of the phone when I called through the completion of the job. Derek E was our serviceman and was great. He called ahead, was prompt, and did a great job. Derrick was outstanding!! I'm so glad it was him that came out. If I ever need service again, there is no question I'm asking for him. He was friendly, explained things very clearly, and spent time to make sure I understood what he was doing. I was disappointed with the tech that came out the first time as he came and went within less than 10 minutes, and didn't do half of what Derrick did. Because he had not done a thorough job that is why I needed a second visit. Derrick really took the time to look at the problem and then make recommendations for fixing it. Thank you Derrick!
