I had a an existing garage door modified about a year ago by Precision, to a torsion spring setup. Although it was somewhat expensive in my opinion, the technician was very professional and did a great job. Fast forward to this year, a little more than a year after the installation. I was having an issue with my garage door opener not working. I discovered that the door would not stay open when I tried to open it manually (with the opener disengaged.) I called the company to have a technician come out and adjust the spring tension. When I called, the woman at Precision courteously set me up an appointment for the next day. The technician came out at the very beginning of the four-hour time slot, pushed my car out of the way so he could work ( I had forgotten to move it, and my wife was having trouble as it was a stick shift) and balanced the door. I wasn’t home at the time, but when I can home I tested it out. The door is well-balanced and very easily opens and closes, and stays open and closed when it’s supposed to. Additionally, they didn’t charge me for the service, as it was still under warranty. I am completely satisfied with the product and the support. Fantastic service!

I was very pleased with my technician Toto. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My garage doors open so smoothly, in a power outage I can disconnect the door with the emergency pull rope and easily open the door by hand. No more calling a neighbor!

Jay came out to service our garage door cable problem. He took a look and recommended replacing the cables without trying to sell it. He did a fantastic job and gave me some tips that I didn't know. Jay is one of the best people that I have ever had doing work on my home, he was respectful and informative, based on his professionalism and personable manor I would highly recommend Precision and will give them a call the next time I need service. Thank you Jay for being a great person.

Called at 8:00AM on a Friday and they were able to get an associate to my house by 10:30 AM to repair the door. Dakota was fantastic to work with and gave me a lot of options for repairing the door. As he walked through the options he gave great explanations as to the benefit of going with one option over the other. Given that we have multiple garage doors, should the need arise to service another we will be sure to call and will be asking for Dakota. First class operation all the way.

Needed to get garage door repaired Thursday before the freezing rain was predicted. Called Precision because my wife had them repair her garage door at a property she owns. Was able to schedule an appointment that same day and was able to move vehicles to garage before ice storm started. Repair man was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job with the door we couldn’t open. Replaced the spring and other parts and my husband can open the door with just two fingers. Love the convenience and service of Precision Overhead Garage DoorDoor

5 star rating. I just got home and 10 minutes later I heard a loud noise in the garage. one spring had broken. Tito was here within a few hours and walked me through his recommendation for repairs. We have been here for 44 years with a few past repairs. I now have all brand new parts for my 18 foot door. Now even my wife can lift the door if electric goes out. I am extremely pleased with Precision and Tito. I recommend them to everyone.

Dakota and Jay were very knowledgeable, curious and efficient. They listened to my door issues, made suggestions and only replaced what I agreed to. No sales pressure. That was nice for a change. I would call and or recommend them to anyone.

I had long heard good things abouit Precision Door Service. Now after just one service call, I am super impressed. Called on a Saturday, not expecting anyone to answer. Not only did I get an answer, but I also was given an appointment for Sunday morning! It gets better. An experienced technician and a trainee arrived even earlier than expected; quickly found the problem; and installed a new belt drive and sprocket kit. Super friendly and professional. Surpassed my expectations, and gained a new customer. I was also very impressed by the names and photos of technicians on the appointment confirmation email.

The service was excellent! I would have given 5 stars, but we have a two car garage, and only one remote was included with the purchase. I had to purchase the second one separately. Logically two should have been included in the price. I know from previous experience that other companies do include two.

Garage door repair: 2 springs replaced I was extremely satisfied with the same day service and very impressed with the repair technician, Keith. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient in quickly diagnosing the problem and solving the problem (worn springs) with materials on his truck. I am, however, disappointed in the fact that the same springs I previously had replaced by this company had a 10 year warranty (and lasted 12.5 years), now have only a 3 year warranty!
