Dakota was a fine young man, did a excellent job. Replaced Broken spring, bearings,rollers,cables, plus.. Door should be good for many more years. Will probably have him back in a few more years when the other door goes.

First off I want to say your man who did the repair was very polite and knowledgeable. The door works perfectly. Secondly I was totally shocked by the bill. I will never use Precision again. 4 pulleys, 4 cables and the service call $446.

Called Precision Garage Door at 7:30 am, Service Tech (Marcus) came to my house the same day. He arrived and completed the repair much faster than expected. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Thoroughly explained the problem, the different repair options, and the best recommendation for my situation. Reasonably priced as well. Second time in 15 years I've used Precision Garage Door and was very happy with the result each time.

Garage door spring broke last night. Googled garage door spring repair. Precision was one of the results. Reviews were good. Called first thing in the morning. They were at my house within 2 hours. The lead technician (Keith C.) is great. He is very skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I opted for the "Best" option (replace springs and all moving parts). They completed the work much quicker than I expected. I can't remember when the door operated as quietly and smoothly as it does now. I am happy with the results.

My service call was quickly scheduled and the technicians were prompt and courteous. My problem was quickly diagnosed and estimated. The technicians quickly fixed the problem - in about an hour - with the replacement of broken springs and cables. My door is fixed and has never worked this quietly and smoothly.

Derrick just left our house and did an amazing job servicing our double garage doors!! We spent hours trying to do it on our own, it Derrick took little time in quickly identifying the issue and fixing it. He reset our passcodes on the doors, and fixed the sensors. He even went above and beyond by replacing a 5 year old latch that we didn’t even speak of and also greased the tracks. We had infinity garage door company come out a few weeks ago and they tried to scam us, so we appreciate precision garage door company for having such a great technician. Thanks!
