Our garage door "self destructed" lastweek. I've seen your trucks in our neighborhood and decided to give you a call. I was told a tech would be out in the morning to assess the door. Tito called at 8:15 saying he was on the way! He arrived on time, very courteous, and after explaining his findings, he promptly went to work repairing our door. Excellent experience with Precision. The technician (Jay C) was awesome - very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jay was very informative, answering all of questions. He got the job done quickly, and everything's working perfectly. There was a slight mistake on the final invoice, regarding the warranty. One quick email, and the office staff quickly fixed it and sent me a corrected invoice. All around great experience. One con: this fairly simple job was extremely pricey. You get what you pay for, I guess. If you want your door fixed right, Precision is the way to go - just be prepared some some serious sticker shock.

We are very pleased with the quick appointment and the excellent service by Tito our technician. Tito was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He called to let us know when he was on the way. He pointed out the broken springs and thoroughly inspected all the other parts of our garage door and opener. He clearly explained and showed us the minimum repairs needed and also additional repairs of worn parts that we might want fixed before they stop working. He gave us a separate estimate for the minimum repairs and the additional repairs. When he was done, he showed us the new remote control and linked it to the wi-fi button in our car. Our door works great now and we're very satisfied with the excellent service by Precision.

We were stuck with 2 broken garage door springs in the morning with no way to open the garage door-Precision was able to make it to our house by that evening and the technician assessed the issue and had us back up and running in the next hour or so-you couldn’t beat that kind of service! We called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because 1 of our 2 garage doors failed & would not close completely. We have been in our home for 29 years and had 2 new replacement garage doors & openers improperly installed 8 years ago. Both doors needed total re-work; springs, rollers, cables, pulleys, and struts. Fortunately both the doors & openers were still is good shape. Although the cost of job was more than my wife and I expected when we made the appointment, the quality of the materials & workmanship by Tito was totally worth it! Tito did an excellent job! He actually took the time to show my wife how much smoother/quieter the doors operated. We are so happy with the results, we will be calling Tito/Precision Garage Overhead Door Service for an annual inspections. We highly recommend Tito/Precision Door Service to everyone!

Our garage door broke, we called for repair, knowing we may just buy a new unit. Jay was the technician and I cannot say enough amazing things about him! He took the time to explain options, we went with battery backed Genie. Jay was so thorough and accommodating throughout the whole process, taking the time to double check our wishes and to make sure there were no questions as he went along. He was super personable (even with our kids!)…some people don’t care about that, but we do! Very rare to come across someone nowadays with impeccable customer service. I had a an existing garage door modified about a year ago by Precision, to a torsion spring setup. Although it was somewhat expensive in my opinion, the technician was very professional and did a great job. Fast forward to this year, a little more than a year after the installation. I was having an issue with my garage door opener not working. I discovered that the door would not stay open when I tried to open it manually (with the opener disengaged.) I called the company to have a technician come out and adjust the spring tension. When I called, the woman at Precision courteously set me up an appointment for the next day. The technician came out at the very beginning of the four-hour time slot, pushed my car out of the way so he could work ( I had forgotten to move it, and my wife was having trouble as it was a stick shift) and balanced the door. I wasn’t home at the time, but when I can home I tested it out. The door is well-balanced and very easily opens and closes, and stays open and closed when it’s supposed to. Additionally, they didn’t charge me for the service, as it was still under warranty. I am completely satisfied with the product and the support. Fantastic service!

I was very pleased with my technician Toto. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My garage doors open so smoothly, in a power outage I can disconnect the door with the emergency pull rope and easily open the door by hand. No more calling a neighbor!
