I called precision due to having a good experience with your firm some time ago. Mike came a little early, was polite and courteous. Work was completed quickly with no problems at all. I was actually a little surprised at how little work the overhead doors needed. I would certainly use your firm in the future should my doors need work!

We have used Precision Care twice just recently and been very pleased with the service by Derek. The first visit received a call to say he was 15 min away. This was a general checkup and Derek provided recommendations on maintenance tasks that could be performed on a routine basis, such as lubricating. On the 2nd visit,he was running late and we received a call from office to let us know and then when Derek was 15 min away called us as well. He is very professional and seems to know the ropes.

Precision came out rapidly, and when promised, and quickly and completely repaired my very ancient and non-opening manual door by replacing all rollers and springs, and installing a safety cable. While the cost was a bit hard to swallow, I cannot complaing about the quality, speed, and professionalism of the crew.
