This was our first time using Precision and we couldn't be more happy. From the original phone call until the time Derrick left they were professional and very pleasent. We called on Friday and they came on Saturday. They sent an e-mail confirmation and Derrick called when he was on the way, which was on time. Precision and especially Derrick deserve a 5 star rating! Garage doors are like rocket science to me and Derrick analyzed and fixed my door in about 20 minutes-- amazing!! The young man was very polite and tolerant of my ignorance regarding garage doors. He provided me some really good insight into replacing the door sometime in the near future. There is no doubt in my mind that I will call Precision when I'm ready for the new door. Also, the lady that scheduled the appointment was equally polite and informative.
