Next day service. Our old garage door opener could not be repaired, so a new opener was installed. Our technician, Rick, arrived n time, was polite and professional and, after conducting an inspection of the defective opener, determined that it could not be fixed. He therefore installed a new Liftmaster opener, which works perfectly. Thank you, Precision.

Dealing with Precision was a great experience from start to finish. I got an appointment the next day. My technician was thorough and he gave me several options to repair and/or replace my current garage door opener. I chose to replace it and he had the equipment to do so right on his truck. I have used Precision for many years. However, in the past few years, when an Angie's List "Big Deal" was offered for garage door maintenance, I would purchase these from other companies. The last one put on a weather stripping that was too long. This caused an issue with my keypad. I decided to call Precision for a repair, since they have always done excellent work. I've decided that in future, I will stick with Precision. Their customer service and their technicians are simply the best.

To date, I can only comment on the estimate, as I still have a couple other companies to check out before making a final decision. However, it was very easy to schedule an estimate appointment, which to my surprise was available the same day I called. Mr. Queen drove a long distance to come evaluate my garage door needs and was very personable and informative. He answered all my technical questions and inquired whether I would qualify for a number of discounts that Precision offers. Before making a final decision, I would like to visit your storefront in order to actually see the doors that I might purchase for installation, but what I received today is what I believe is a reasonable quote in a timely manner and with very cordial service!
