Your response time, effective communication and service were outstanding. The technician , Rick, was in a word , terrific. We were under tight time pressure to which he responded with calmness and effectiveness. You are fortunate to have such a competent and courteous employee. It was a five star by any measure.

Very nice guy, arrived on time. Very good at communicating. Thought I ordered a door. Showed up with a panel not a door said I would be contacted, still waiting to hear back.

Wow! Just WOW! People talk about great service, but that usually means just adequate. But Precision goes WAY above and beyond from the on-line chat when I scheduled this appointment, to the amazingly competent, polite, punctual, professionalism of our tech Rick G.--he is impressive and then some. The appointment was when promised, Rick called when on his way, and showed up exactly when expected. He got right to work and almost immediately recognized our problem. He took the time to show my husband where and how our issue occurred and resolved it perfectly.

As always, our technician (who was Rick this time) was knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We have used your service several times and are always happy with the service. Our only complaint this time is that the fee just for the *visit* was $195.00. That seems much higher than we have paid before. Again, Rick was terrific, but the base charge was high.

We couldn't get our garage door to open up and get our car out of the garage, Rick showed up from Precision garage door and took a look at our springs and said that they were busted, he replace the springs and oil the tracks and was kind and courteous and I would recommend him to anyone in the neighborhood.

While I was very disappointed with a truck breakdown just before expected arrival time on a Friday afternoon, they worked with me to schedule a Sunday afternoon repair. Tony, the technician, was very courteous, completed the repair, and did a safety inspection. I felt confident that the garage opener was now operating safely.

Next day service. Our old garage door opener could not be repaired, so a new opener was installed. Our technician, Rick, arrived n time, was polite and professional and, after conducting an inspection of the defective opener, determined that it could not be fixed. He therefore installed a new Liftmaster opener, which works perfectly. Thank you, Precision.

Dealing with Precision was a great experience from start to finish. I got an appointment the next day. My technician was thorough and he gave me several options to repair and/or replace my current garage door opener. I chose to replace it and he had the equipment to do so right on his truck. I didn't have to wait for anything to be ordered. He was finished the work in under an hour and it works great! Very happy!

I have used Precision for many years. However, in the past few years, when an Angie's List "Big Deal" was offered for garage door maintenance, I would purchase these from other companies. The last one put on a weather stripping that was too long. This caused an issue with my keypad. I decided to call Precision for a repair, since they have always done excellent work. I've decided that in future, I will stick with Precision. Their customer service and their technicians are simply the best.

To date, I can only comment on the estimate, as I still have a couple other companies to check out before making a final decision. However, it was very easy to schedule an estimate appointment, which to my surprise was available the same day I called. Mr. Queen drove a long distance to come evaluate my garage door needs and was very personable and informative. He answered all my technical questions and inquired whether I would qualify for a number of discounts that Precision offers. Before making a final decision, I would like to visit your storefront in order to actually see the doors that I might purchase for installation, but what I received today is what I believe is a reasonable quote in a timely manner and with very cordial service! Thank you!
