My garage door would not close all the way and I tried fixing it via tech support on the phone with Liftmaster. No luck. Precision Door came out today and solved the problem and showed up & made the repair,even though I could not be there. I talked to repairman on the phone.

I am totally impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and care that I received from each person at Precision. My garage door wasn't closing so I called Precision (after a quick google search) and was able to get an appointment that was convenient for me. The customer service rep was super nice. The day of the appointment I had to call back, and the rep I spoke to went above and beyond by contacting my repairman and having him call me. The repairman came on time and was able to fix my problem right away. He was very knowledgable and friendly as well - Mike C. I definitely recommend Precision for your garage door needs. To date, I can only comment on the estimate, as I still have a couple other companies to check out before making a final decision. However, it was very easy to schedule an estimate appointment, which to my surprise was available the same day I called. Mr. Queen drove a long distance to come evaluate my garage door needs and was very personable and informative. He answered all my technical questions and inquired whether I would qualify for a number of discounts that Precision offers. Before making a final decision, I would like to visit your storefront in order to actually see the doors that I might purchase for installation, but what I received today is what I believe is a reasonable quote in a timely manner and with very cordial service!
