We found the advertisement for your company online. It was very informative about the services you provide. I like the technicians that came to access and fix by broken garage door. Preston and John we very helpful explaining things to me and efficient at their jobs. They had to order some parts and gave me an estimate. About 2 weeks later they sent Olaniyi and Timmy to complete the garage door repair. They did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a door.

I called the referrals from my neighbors. All 3 companies were booked for the day,and offer appointments for the next day...I was looking at not being able to get to work.. I started calling companies listed in the yellow pages. I called Precision. I was told , they were booked, but schedule me with an emergency appointment which would mean a service could be completed after 6 pm with,an extra cost.. I agree to wait. An hour after the conversation,the General manager called. He heard my conversation with dispatch,.. He dispatched a contractor who came 1.5 hour after talking to the dispatcher. The fee was LESS than the competitors... I highly recommend this,company

I would have wanted to give a better review. This was my second time getting service from this company. Again I was disappointed In the time slot they had given me. Once again between 12:00pm - 4:00pm. Just for them to show up at 6:25pm? I called them thru out the day to check on my appointment and same answer was given each time. When I called at 3:35? They said he still had two calls in front of me. I said can you call the tech and verify he will make it. Before she called them I asked if there was a opening the next day, and she said yes between 8am-12pm. I said check with your tech before we make that decision. So in short I waited for the tech. Around 5:45pm? I called again and they said OH HE WILL BE THERE WITHIN 15-20 min. He did show up, the young man apologized for the company and said I was cancelled on his work order. The tech did great work. All he had to do was replace wire cable. 15-20 min and he was done The cost did not match the supplies and labor.

Precision is responsive, timely, and does excellent work. A spring broke and the door was unusable. Barry was dispatched quickly. He gave me advance notice when he would arrive, quickly assessed the situation, and did a thorough job explaining what needed to be done, the options, and the cost. He got the repair done quickly, showing me what he'd done how to maintain it. He clearly understands what customer service is.

I always use Precision Garage Door for service. Reliable, competent, always find the problem and fix it. I wouldn't use anyone else. Francisco was excellent. I learned some important facts about my garage door mechanism from him. That being said, I think $200 for a service call and a minor adjustment was way too much.

As usual, Precision was there when I needed them. By now vjntage garage door and Precision are old friends. Yesterday a cable broke and less than 24 hours later Rick (an outstanding technician with perfect customer service skills) had it operational. Repairs are annoying, working with Precision is not.

Wow! Just WOW! People talk about great service, but that usually means just adequate. But Precision goes WAY above and beyond from the on-line chat when I scheduled this appointment, to the amazingly competent, polite, punctual, professionalism of our tech Rick G.--he is impressive and then some. The appointment was when promised, Rick called when on his way, and showed up exactly when expected. He got right to work and almost immediately recognized our problem. He took the time to show my husband where and how our issue occurred and resolved it perfectly.

As always, our technician (who was Rick this time) was knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We have used your service several times and are always happy with the service. Our only complaint this time is that the fee just for the *visit* was $195.00. That seems much higher than we have paid before. Again, Rick was terrific, but the base charge was high.
