Just had a great experience with Precision Door Service. My door kept popping back up when I would close the garage door opener and your technician Rick made some simple adjustments to the opener and walked me through how to do it myself should it happen again. Rick delivered. He checked the broken cable on my garage door and explained what would need to be replaced. He also provided several options, with cost included. Once I chose my option, Rick went to work and replaced the broken parts. Rick was very polite, and he practiced great social distancing (amazing that I even have to include that), but it's important these days. My garage is back in working order - great service and I'd highly recommend.
