I discovered Precision through a Google search. The service I phoned and inquired about was performed today. The technician was on time, very professional and polite. After he performed a survey of my garage door and the electronic lift mechanism, I settled on having him replace the master electronic lift master control box, the connected wall opener and the two small individual remote hand openers. The technician did an excellent job doing that contracted work in a timely manner. He started and completed the job today. And the price was affordable...!!!

My garage doors were in need of repair. I contacted Precision and they were here in two days. Justin evaluated the problem and presented me with the work that needed to be done on my doors. He replaced the springs, rollers and the pulley wheels. He is a very polite and engaging young man. Justin finished the job in under two hours. My doors were back as good as new. Great experience for me. My garage door hardware broke on a Wednesday night. I called Thursday morning and they offered to come that day but I asked them to come out Friday morning instead since I wasn't in an immediate hurry. No problem on their part accommodating my schedule. I was given a window when they would arrive and they called me during the window and stated they'd be there in 20-25 minutes and, sure enough, there they were 20-25 minutes when they said they'd be. Keith was awesome too. He took a look at the problem - old springs, cables, hardware - and gave me several options on what we could do. After we made a decision, he got to work and was done shortly afterwards. Kept me informed every step of the way. He was quick and knowledgeable and had a very upbeat personality. I would definitely recommend using both Precision as a company and Keith as your technician!

Precision out of Halethorpe MD. was very responsive and did great work! I reached out because the motor was stopping mid cycle going both up and down, and consistently getting worse. I researched them and booked an appointment for the next Thursday. Precision confirmed by call and email to set up date and time. Dakota showed up on time and was very informative, cheerful, and very helpful. He took his time inspecting the setup, the door, the balance and weight distribution, wiring and in the end offered multiple options and explained the tradeoffs between them. Lastly, he gave me a very clear set of quotes for replacing the motor, we went ahead and got it done that day. He was fast and efficient with the removal of the faulty motor and installing the new one. He also left us an estimate for the other door (since they were installed the same time years ago) and said that way when we are ready, they will already have what they need to just come and get it done. Thanks for a great customer experience Dakota and team!

We are very satisfied with the service. Dakota came to our complex and examined 8 garage doors and 7 openers. He repaired one garage door, provided a remote for another one, reprogrammed an opener and replaced the lifting mechanism in a third door that was dangerously defective. He determined that 2 of the openers were too old and could not b repaired. Very intelligent and competent young man. Thanks!

Looking on your website it gave me confidence to book an appointment because you can see the employees that work for the company. It gave their experiences as well as other reviews which set well with me. I felt like I knew Mike before I actually met him in person. Mike wanted to come earlier than the appointment scheduled so he gave me a call and was happy to have him come. I didn’t have to sit around waiting which was great because I had the rest of the day to myself. Mike was professional and explained everything that needed to be done. It was fixed in 20 min. I will always use Precision Door if I have any other issues with my garage door.

Dakota and another rep came over 11/6/20; both men were very courteous and professional. I requested a new lock and bar mechanism for manual opening of a lightly used garage door. I pointed out a need for roller track adjustment and Dakota noticed a cable out of alignment. My assumption was this initial visit was for scoping the job for parts requirements and future work assessment. The guys did about 20 minutes of adjustment work and invoiced me for $150.00. I gather they were following company policy / procedure. The work they did this evening could have waited for the main tasks to follow, once ordered parts arrive. In defense of your crew, I did not communicate my expectations; but I am a little disappointed that I’ll end up paying for two repair visits, when one would suffice. I also realize that you rightly have a minimal labor charge once a work crew arrives. However, most contractors scope and estimate work free of charge; that is what I thought this initial visit was for. I’ll shrug this off as poor communication on my part. I used to be the maintenance Supt. at Erachem in Curtis Bay (retired now). I had your outfit in the plant on numerous occasions back in the day. We had a garage door repaired. The motor was still working. The cables and springs needed replacement. It was easy to get an appointment. technician was late but apologized and he did call to update on his arrival time. Technician seemed knowledgeable very courteous. Did what was necessary to make sure the door worked properly. Don't have anything to compare to . We were given 3 choices of estimates and warranties, Chose the cheapest. Don"t have anything to compare with. Just thought it was a little pricey.

Our door is around 10 years and the hinge broke in the middle panel of the door. And the top 2 rollers whould jump off track [ ONE AT A TIME WHEN YOU OPENED THE DOOR IT COULD BE EITHER SIDE WOULD JUMP OFF]
