I did a Google search for garage door repair & found Precision. I noticed that the support rails on the door near the motor appeared to be broken. I was very pleased with my technician, Craig, who was very polite and professional. I didn't expect the cost of the repair & I forgot to request a discount through AAA or for being a senior citizen

Technician Christopher I-Bernard was fantastic.very courteous and professional and assessed the problem in 15 minutes (bad sensors). He gave me reasonable options to correct the problem, and replaced the sensors within another 15 minutes. Highly recommend Precison and especially Christopher.

$1600 for new rollers, springs,wire conversion from Wayne Dalton springs. I was ripped off. Haven't found anybody who has paid as much as me. Lesson learned

Technician Bobby was amazingly skilled, great at improvising and working with a 50-year old door installed in a 19th century garage (no right angles, lots of non-standard customized features from the original installation to adapt the tracks, cables, and springs to the space). The cables, pulleys, and hinges were worn out and presented special challenges in replacing. Bobby was very clear in talking to a customer who knows nothing about garage doors except that they should go up and down. Also was willing to work with my weird old door; I was afraid he would just say it should be replaced, but he valued the high quality of some of the older components and found ways to make them work like new. Super happy customer. (I would put five stars, but he just left a couple of hours ago and I haven't had time to see if the repairs work long term. He said Precision would honor calls for tweaks for several days even though the door was too old for him to give me a warranty. I like that kind of honesty.)

Called your shop late yesterday morning. Was told tech would arrive between 3:30 & 7:30. Charles was at the house at around 4:15. He was finished installing a new opener assembly and on his way by 6:30. Great job Charles, I highly recommend your company.

I highly recommend Precision, especially for us elderly people because they tell you the truth. There is no bait and switch. Mr. Craig was an excellent technician. He said "you don't need this, but you do need that." Or "this will take 15 minutes or 1-1/2" and that's what it took. More important they are nice and respectful. That very important to me. My last LiftMaster was 19 years old and still running great, but I wanted an update and backup battery install because electricity goes out a lot around here. Grade = A+.

My First time using Precision Door , I would Gove Service Tech Keith D 6 Stars if there was 6 , I had some issues happen after I had Sch my appointment to come and inspect and Lube , So I did call give them a heads up , that this is not only inspection but repair .So new Springs on 2 doors New Rollers on 4 Doors and new Cables on 2 doors Very Neat Job , and the Doors are working great Now , So Big Thanks to Keith .

Precision's technician installed a new garage door opener system and also installed safety chains to protect from a break in the springs. The technician explained everything that he was going to do and explained clearly why he was doing a specific thing. I was impressed with his honesty and with the fact that he didn't try to make me buy more than I needed. I was also pleased with his expertise. He managed not to harm the alarm system wires that had been installed long ago in the garage door. (I was very relieved about this.) The price was fair and the work was great. I highly recommend Precision.

I scheduled a new garage door and opener installation for my elderly mother. Precision has provided exceptional service for us and I have often recommended them to others. Mom’s install took place on 06/03/21. The Installer used another door. This was alright because it was temporary and she was told the correct door would take a “couple weeks”. Additionally, the frame around the door is pieced together and looks bad. The job was paid in full. Soon it will be 2 months and Precision has not come back. They answer my calls and say they will call back but aren’t calling back. . I asked for an email address for one of their Administrators which they have yet to provide (9 days ago). We realize things are messed up as a result of COVID. We understand this is not an emergency. However, a target date and a call back would suffice. I am disappointed in Precision and their poor Customer Service.

Garage door was noisy and tech did a great job replacing the moving parts. Its very quiet now and we got a new garage door opener also. Company addressed some questions that I had in a prompt and courteous manner.

Charles is an excellent representative for your company. We have two garage doors and have lived in the house for almost 20 years . One had broken and needed the cables, springs and every other part. He inspected both doors, gave me the price to repair the one and update the second. He explained what needed to be done and took care of the repair in an efficient manor. We're very pleased with his work.

Justin was my technician. He arrived on time. Very courteous. Walked me thru the different offers they had. Never tried to push me in any 1 direction. He gave great suggestions. I chosse the offer I wanted and in about 45 minutes he was done. The fact that they carried the parts on the truck is a great time.saving feature so the customer is not without the garage door waiting for parts.
