Great service - I had one follow up question after the fact and Crystal was able to resolve my concern in minutes. The door works again and it’s never been quieter.

I had the fortune to have Chris C. come to our home yesterday evening and today to fix a garage door that’s given us many issues. Chris put in extra hours AND still stuck to his quote. Not many businesses would do the fair and right thing, but Chris C and Precision Door did! Chris was on time both days and did high quality work, as well as showing me how the work done by other companies was done incorrectly and what needed fixed. The stickers from the other companies are gone, and now there’s a Precision Door sticker in its place. The job is done right! Thanks, Chris!

I contacted Precision when my old springs broke. I did my research first and learned that they do not cut corners and the cure could be expensive but appropriate. Good decision! Their skilled tecnition arrived in one day, on time and spent time discussing options. Decision made and the work was complete same day. Great job. Highly recommended.

Working with Chris from Precision to assess issues with my outdated garage door track/torsion spring system - they came out same day to inspect, he was able to provide me with a few options to choose from including an option to keep my original wooden door. His team came out 2 days later and replaced my entire track/torsion system. Everything works like a charm and now I have the peace of mind of a up-to-date system built using up-to-date parts. Thank you!

I was very pleased with your company's appointment process. I called for a general service / maintenance appointment because I don't no anything about garage door maintenance. Logic tells me that garage doors have to wear out at some point in time; therefore, something has done to maintain these things. The next morning Tito came to my home and did a great job explaining the problems with my 20 year old garage doors and corrected current and impending problems. He did not feel that we needed to make any major purchases. He recommended general maintenance, replacement of some very important parts and told me what I should be doing to reduce future problems. Tito is very personable and explained everything. Great job communicating his recommendations. I will definitely contact Precision again for future service needs.

Tito was awesome!! Only going to request him for the other garage door. This one was an emergency and I am so glad that he was the technician. He replaced everything, 35 years old, minus the door itself which is in good condition

Great experience. The appointment time was under 24 hours from when I called. The technician, Dakota, evaluated the problem, discussed options and made suggestions for next steps. He had all the parts he needed on the truck and 2 hours later he was done. Satisfied customer.

My technician, Jay Constantine was so confident and so professional that it made not only getting the job done but also paying for the work that much easier. He was patient and overall just a nice and well-manored young man. Jay said to me when he looked at the work that was needed that he would be able to get it done and he definitely did. This young man deserves a promotion for a job well done. Jay Constantine, be blessed and keep up the good work, you will go far in anything that you do because you already have what it takes!

I called because the other company I used didn’t do a great job on the installation of a new garage door opener. Dakota was very nice and professional. He explained in detail what was wrong and how he could fix it.

Bobby was the specialist who came to our house. I would give him six stars if it was possible. His recommendations and service truly went above and beyond. Our garage door system is very old and he replaced the motor and belt and serviced the entire system so it can last us a good while longer. He even left our garage in a much less messy state than it was when he arrived.

Paid more than I wanted but service was good and technician was readily available so took care of repairs same day as service call. Bobby (repair tech) was professional and provided multiple options with recommendations for me to choose from.
