Tito was awesome!! Only going to request him for the other garage door. This one was an emergency and I am so glad that he was the technician. He replaced everything, 35 years old, minus the door itself which is in good condition

Great experience. The appointment time was under 24 hours from when I called. The technician, Dakota, evaluated the problem, discussed options and made suggestions for next steps. He had all the parts he needed on the truck and 2 hours later he was done. Satisfied customer.

My technician, Jay Constantine was so confident and so professional that it made not only getting the job done but also paying for the work that much easier. Bobby was the specialist who came to our house. I would give him six stars if it was possible. His recommendations and service truly went above and beyond. Our garage door system is very old and he replaced the motor and belt and serviced the entire system so it can last us a good while longer. He even left our garage in a much less messy state than it was when he arrived.

The technician was very professional. He explained everything to me so I could understand. If I had a question he did not know the answer he called the company to get answers. He showed me the damage to the garage and let me know that it needed replacement instead of repair and the reasons it could not be repaired.

I would highly recommend this company. I called needing help with my garage door and a tech, Jay, was sent out an hour later. Jay arrived and was friendly, courteous, and showed me what was wrong. He fixed the issue fairly quickly, charged me a fair amount but more importantly, he was just a nice, polite guy. Quite an asset to the company!

I did a Google search for garage door repair & found Precision. I noticed that the support rails on the door near the motor appeared to be broken. I was very pleased with my technician, Craig, who was very polite and professional. I didn't expect the cost of the repair & I forgot to request a discount through AAA or for being a senior citizen

Technician Christopher I-Bernard was fantastic.very courteous and professional and assessed the problem in 15 minutes (bad sensors). He gave me reasonable options to correct the problem, and replaced the sensors within another 15 minutes. Highly recommend Precison and especially Christopher.
