I called for a repair on my Garage door which was installed 5 yrs ago by your company. The male agent that called me regarding my appointment was impatient and extremely rude. I canceled my appointment and won't be using your company in the future. Do better!

Tavon provided prompt, excellent customer service and work on our garage door after the spring broke. He walked me through his service proposal and I felt very confident with his recommendations. It was so convenient to book an online appointment before their office opened and have a technician come out within 15 minutes of the start of the appointment window. Great communication with Tavon via phone as well as automated email and text when he was within 5 minutes of our home.

I didn’t use this company, as i felt the tech was extremely dishonest with his pricing. I called with the intention of moving forward with a new motor install. When the tech arrived i was in the process of having junk removal and apologized to him for having to go back and forth. He said he understood and said the inspection would take a while so it was no rush. Once i was done with the junk removal he explained the issues with my garage motor. I said ya it’s old in agreement with him. He went on and said everything needs replacement and quoted me , I asked if he made those number up or were they company generated; his reply was the iPad and calculator gives me the numbers. I told him that his estimate didn’t sound right as I’ve done this in the past with a whole new system. He says well that’s as good as he can do. And offered a 5% discount laughable, what’s even more funny was the new motor wasn’t top of the line it was a base model liftmaster at $900 he tried to upsell me by saying that it’s a “pro” install and year warranty Absolutely not! He was very rude and condescending, he continued to ramble on and on about home depot and Loews motors being “DIY” and not professional and will fail in a year or two! Sir you just tried to sell me a shitty motor $109 motor for $900 have a good damn day…maybe try more competitive pricing. Most women are not as dumb as they pretend to be. Do better!

Scheduling was incredibly efficient and service was impeccable. I was able to get a same-day appointment and my technician, Jay C., reached out to let me know he was actually available before the agreed upon window (even better)! Jay was professional, made sure I clearly understood all of the work he was doing, and shared pricing before any work was done. He tested the system, identified the issued, and installed a replacement keypad in about 30 min. Great first-time service experience!

The technician who came was very rude He tried to make me pay a service call fee and then when I refused to do so, he went ahead and pasted his sticker on a spot I didn’t approve. I asked him to please move it to another spot and he responded to me by saying “ we don’t play games” and I am here wondering what he means by that when I simply asked him to place his sticker on a more preferable spot.

Jay C. came on time. He is amazing! He clearly explained what he planed to do at the beginning. He first checked remotes which turned out not to be repairable. Then he explained what could be the right solutions, giving us various options. He was really professional, and gave very clear explanations. The new opener is much quieter than the old. This seems just what we need. Jay is fantastic!

I chose Precision Garage Door due to their 5 STAR review on the internet. It also was a plus that they work over the weekends at no additional charge!! One of my springs broke on Friday and both were replaced on Sunday. Jay was a very knowledgeable technician and showed me other items on the door that also needed replaced,, like the lift cables as the ends were frayed. Don't need the door falling on my head. Jay was quick, very maticulous and explained everything to me,, He was amazing!!!
