Your tech was outstanding. He explained the problem and the remedies in concise and understandable terms. Offered alternative plans for resolving problems. Once decision was made and the device selected he went to work and completed task in a professional fashion. Once completed he took the time necessary to explain how everything worked and made sure I understood how they worked.

Technician Bobby was amazingly skilled, great at improvising and working with a 50-year old door installed in a 19th century garage (no right angles, lots of non-standard customized features from the original installation to adapt the tracks, cables, and springs to the space). The cables, pulleys, and hinges were worn out and presented special challenges in replacing. Bobby was very clear in talking to a customer who knows nothing about garage doors except that they should go up and down. Also was willing to work with my weird old door; I was afraid he would just say it should be replaced, but he valued the high quality of some of the older components and found ways to make them work like new. Super happy customer. (I would put five stars, but he just left a couple of hours ago and I haven't had time to see if the repairs work long term. He said Precision would honor calls for tweaks for several days even though the door was too old for him to give me a warranty. I like that kind of honesty.)

Precision's technician installed a new garage door opener system and also installed safety chains to protect from a break in the springs. The technician explained everything that he was going to do and explained clearly why he was doing a specific thing. I was impressed with his honesty and with the fact that he didn't try to make me buy more than I needed. I was also pleased with his expertise. He managed not to harm the alarm system wires that had been installed long ago in the garage door. (I was very relieved about this.) The price was fair and the work was great. I highly recommend Precision.

Charles is an excellent representative for your company. We have two garage doors and have lived in the house for almost 20 years . One had broken and needed the cables, springs and every other part. He inspected both doors, gave me the price to repair the one and update the second. He explained what needed to be done and took care of the repair in an efficient manor. We're very pleased with his work.

I discovered Precision through a Google search. The service I phoned and inquired about was performed today. The technician was on time, very professional and polite. After he performed a survey of my garage door and the electronic lift mechanism, I settled on having him replace the master electronic lift master control box, the connected wall opener and the two small individual remote hand openers. The technician did an excellent job doing that contracted work in a timely manner. He started and completed the job today. And the price was affordable...!!!

Cost was more than I expected, but the technician did an excellent job. He was efficient, respectful and knowledgeable. I had been given information that the job required more work but technician was able to complete repair without the "so-called" unnecessary, additional work. I am more than satisfied. Great experience for me. My garage door hardware broke on a Wednesday night. I called Thursday morning and they offered to come that day but I asked them to come out Friday morning instead since I wasn't in an immediate hurry. No problem on their part accommodating my schedule. I was given a window when they would arrive and they called me during the window and stated they'd be there in 20-25 minutes and, sure enough, there they were 20-25 minutes when they said they'd be. Keith was awesome too. He took a look at the problem - old springs, cables, hardware - and gave me several options on what we could do. After we made a decision, he got to work and was done shortly afterwards. Kept me informed every step of the way. He was quick and knowledgeable and had a very upbeat personality. I would definitely recommend using both Precision as a company and Keith as your technician!

We are very satisfied with the service. Dakota came to our complex and examined 8 garage doors and 7 openers. He repaired one garage door, provided a remote for another one, reprogrammed an opener and replaced the lifting mechanism in a third door that was dangerously defective. He determined that 2 of the openers were too old and could not b repaired. Very intelligent and competent young man. Thanks!

Looking on your website it gave me confidence to book an appointment because you can see the employees that work for the company. It gave their experiences as well as other reviews which set well with me. I felt like I knew Mike before I actually met him in person. Mike wanted to come earlier than the appointment scheduled so he gave me a call and was happy to have him come. I didn’t have to sit around waiting which was great because I had the rest of the day to myself. Mike was professional and explained everything that needed to be done. It was fixed in 20 min. I will always use Precision Door if I have any other issues with my garage door.

Just had a great experience with Precision Door Service. My door kept popping back up when I would close the garage door opener and your technician Rick made some simple adjustments to the opener and walked me through how to do it myself should it happen again. I would definitely use your company again and have already referred you. Although it was a simple repair, I was not even charged for a service call. Great company!

My phone call for help was received by a most pleasant individual who listened carefully to my overly elongated concern and then scheduled an appointment at a convenient time for the following day. Keith C. the technician, was thoughtful, conscientious, knowledgeable, highly skilled and thorough. Technician Christopher I-Bernard was fantastic.very courteous and professional and assessed the problem in 15 minutes (bad sensors). He gave me reasonable options to correct the problem, and replaced the sensors within another 15 minutes. Highly recommend Precison and especially Christopher.
