We are very satisfied with the service. Dakota came to our complex and examined 8 garage doors and 7 openers. He repaired one garage door, provided a remote for another one, reprogrammed an opener and replaced the lifting mechanism in a third door that was dangerously defective. He determined that 2 of the openers were too old and could not b repaired. Very intelligent and competent young man. Thanks!

Looking on your website it gave me confidence to book an appointment because you can see the employees that work for the company. It gave their experiences as well as other reviews which set well with me. I felt like I knew Mike before I actually met him in person. Mike wanted to come earlier than the appointment scheduled so he gave me a call and was happy to have him come. I didn’t have to sit around waiting which was great because I had the rest of the day to myself. Mike was professional and explained everything that needed to be done. It was fixed in 20 min. I will always use Precision Door if I have any other issues with my garage door.

Just had a great experience with Precision Door Service. My door kept popping back up when I would close the garage door opener and your technician Rick made some simple adjustments to the opener and walked me through how to do it myself should it happen again. I would definitely use your company again and have already referred you. Although it was a simple repair, I was not even charged for a service call. Great company!

Homeowners would experience significantly reduced angst if all their homes' maintenance and repair needs could be serviced by companies as reliable and efficient as Precision Doors, Inc. My phone call for help was received by a most pleasant individual who listened carefully to my overly elongated concern and then scheduled an appointment at a convenient time for the following day. Keith C. the technician, was thoughtful, conscientious, knowledgeable, highly skilled and thorough. He's had significant experience and may possibly have diagnosed the problem before he arrived on the premises-and because the solution was one that I could have remedied, had I known better, he refused to charge me for the visit! Precision is responsive, timely, and does excellent work. A spring broke and the door was unusable. Barry was dispatched quickly. He gave me advance notice when he would arrive, quickly assessed the situation, and did a thorough job explaining what needed to be done, the options, and the cost. He got the repair done quickly, showing me what he'd done how to maintain it. He clearly understands what customer service is.

I always use Precision Garage Door for service. Reliable, competent, always find the problem and fix it. I wouldn't use anyone else. Francisco was excellent. I learned some important facts about my garage door mechanism from him. That being said, I think $200 for a service call and a minor adjustment was way too much.

As usual, Precision was there when I needed them. By now vjntage garage door and Precision are old friends. Yesterday a cable broke and less than 24 hours later Rick (an outstanding technician with perfect customer service skills) had it operational. Repairs are annoying, working with Precision is not.

Derrick did the work today and was excellent at installing the opener and explaining to me how to use the new features that were not on my previous opener. Great experience for me. My garage door hardware broke on a Wednesday night. I called Thursday morning and they offered to come that day but I asked them to come out Friday morning instead since I wasn't in an immediate hurry. No problem on their part accommodating my schedule. I was given a window when they would arrive and they called me during the window and stated they'd be there in 20-25 minutes and, sure enough, there they were 20-25 minutes when they said they'd be. Keith was awesome too. He took a look at the problem - old springs, cables, hardware - and gave me several options on what we could do. After we made a decision, he got to work and was done shortly afterwards. Kept me informed every step of the way. He was quick and knowledgeable and had a very upbeat personality. I would definitely recommend using both Precision as a company and Keith as your technician!
