I had the fortune to have Chris C. come to our home yesterday evening and today to fix a garage door that’s given us many issues. Chris put in extra hours AND still stuck to his quote. Not many businesses would do the fair and right thing, but Chris C and Precision Door did! Chris was on time both days and did high quality work, as well as showing me how the work done by other companies was done incorrectly and what needed fixed. The stickers from the other companies are gone, and now there’s a Precision Door sticker in its place. The job is done right! Thanks, Chris!

I contacted Precision when my old springs broke. I did my research first and learned that they do not cut corners and the cure could be expensive but appropriate. Good decision! I was very pleased with your company's appointment process. I called for a general service / maintenance appointment because I don't no anything about garage door maintenance. Logic tells me that garage doors have to wear out at some point in time; therefore, something has done to maintain these things. The next morning Tito came to my home and did a great job explaining the problems with my 20 year old garage doors and corrected current and impending problems. He did not feel that we needed to make any major purchases. He recommended general maintenance, replacement of some very important parts and told me what I should be doing to reduce future problems. Tito is very personable and explained everything. Great job communicating his recommendations. I will definitely contact Precision again for future service needs.

Bobby was the specialist who came to our house. I would give him six stars if it was possible. His recommendations and service truly went above and beyond. Our garage door system is very old and he replaced the motor and belt and serviced the entire system so it can last us a good while longer. He even left our garage in a much less messy state than it was when he arrived.

I would highly recommend this company. I called needing help with my garage door and a tech, Jay, was sent out an hour later. Jay arrived and was friendly, courteous, and showed me what was wrong. He fixed the issue fairly quickly, charged me a fair amount but more importantly, he was just a nice, polite guy. Quite an asset to the company!

I did a Google search for garage door repair & found Precision. I noticed that the support rails on the door near the motor appeared to be broken. I was very pleased with my technician, Craig, who was very polite and professional. I didn't expect the cost of the repair & I forgot to request a discount through AAA or for being a senior citizen

Technician Christopher I-Bernard was fantastic.very courteous and professional and assessed the problem in 15 minutes (bad sensors). He gave me reasonable options to correct the problem, and replaced the sensors within another 15 minutes. Highly recommend Precison and especially Christopher.

Technician Bobby was amazingly skilled, great at improvising and working with a 50-year old door installed in a 19th century garage (no right angles, lots of non-standard customized features from the original installation to adapt the tracks, cables, and springs to the space). The cables, pulleys, and hinges were worn out and presented special challenges in replacing. Bobby was very clear in talking to a customer who knows nothing about garage doors except that they should go up and down. Also was willing to work with my weird old door; I was afraid he would just say it should be replaced, but he valued the high quality of some of the older components and found ways to make them work like new. Super happy customer. (I would put five stars, but he just left a couple of hours ago and I haven't had time to see if the repairs work long term. He said Precision would honor calls for tweaks for several days even though the door was too old for him to give me a warranty. I like that kind of honesty.)

Precision's technician installed a new garage door opener system and also installed safety chains to protect from a break in the springs. The technician explained everything that he was going to do and explained clearly why he was doing a specific thing. I was impressed with his honesty and with the fact that he didn't try to make me buy more than I needed. I was also pleased with his expertise. He managed not to harm the alarm system wires that had been installed long ago in the garage door. (I was very relieved about this.) The price was fair and the work was great. I highly recommend Precision.

Charles is an excellent representative for your company. We have two garage doors and have lived in the house for almost 20 years . One had broken and needed the cables, springs and every other part. He inspected both doors, gave me the price to repair the one and update the second. He explained what needed to be done and took care of the repair in an efficient manor. I discovered Precision through a Google search. The service I phoned and inquired about was performed today. The technician was on time, very professional and polite. After he performed a survey of my garage door and the electronic lift mechanism, I settled on having him replace the master electronic lift master control box, the connected wall opener and the two small individual remote hand openers. The technician did an excellent job doing that contracted work in a timely manner. He started and completed the job today. And the price was affordable...!!!
