While I was very disappointed with a truck breakdown just before expected arrival time on a Friday afternoon, they worked with me to schedule a Sunday afternoon repair. Tony, the technician, was very courteous, completed the repair, and did a safety inspection. I felt confident that the garage opener was now operating safely.

Next day service. Our old garage door opener could not be repaired, so a new opener was installed. Our technician, Rick, arrived n time, was polite and professional and, after conducting an inspection of the defective opener, determined that it could not be fixed. He therefore installed a new Liftmaster opener, which works perfectly. Thank you, Precision.

Dealing with Precision was a great experience from start to finish. I got an appointment the next day. My technician was thorough and he gave me several options to repair and/or replace my current garage door opener. I chose to replace it and he had the equipment to do so right on his truck. I didn't have to wait for anything to be ordered. He was finished the work in under an hour and it works great! Very happy!

I have used Precision for many years. However, in the past few years, when an Angie's List "Big Deal" was offered for garage door maintenance, I would purchase these from other companies. The last one put on a weather stripping that was too long. This caused an issue with my keypad. I decided to call Precision for a repair, since they have always done excellent work. I've decided that in future, I will stick with Precision. Their customer service and their technicians are simply the best.

My garage door would not close all the way and I tried fixing it via tech support on the phone with Liftmaster. No luck. Precision Door came out today and solved the problem and showed up & made the repair,even though I could not be there. I talked to repairman on the phone.

I am totally impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and care that I received from each person at Precision. My garage door wasn't closing so I called Precision (after a quick google search) and was able to get an appointment that was convenient for me. The customer service rep was super nice. The day of the appointment I had to call back, and the rep I spoke to went above and beyond by contacting my repairman and having him call me. The repairman came on time and was able to fix my problem right away. He was very knowledgable and friendly as well - Mike C. I definitely recommend Precision for your garage door needs. As always, our technician (who was Rick this time) was knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We have used your service several times and are always happy with the service. Our only complaint this time is that the fee just for the *visit* was $195.00. That seems much higher than we have paid before. Again, Rick was terrific, but the base charge was high.
